  I was quite concerned after reading the mixed reviews, however there was an event that took 8500 rooms in Philly with many hotels sold out and choices were extremely limited. The shuttle driver refused a tip because they were late in picking me up, he also put together a small lunch sack for me so I would have something to eat.
