Great hotel just off the busy interstate and only half a mile from Downtow Springfield. Everywhere very clean, staff welcoming and helpful. Happy to recommend this hotel. Breakfast was pretty good; bed very comfortable; staff very pleasant and patient; room clean and tastefully designed; bathroom in especially good condition. The room was well appointed, modern, crisp and clean. The bedding was top notch, especially the gel pillows. Very comfortable.

Central location, not far from highway, close to the Big e, most of the staff were professional and pleasant. It is near the train station. And I was amazed when I know there is a weight room. Neighborhood was pretty tough, but it was very close to the downtown and major roadways. Breakfast area was a bit chaotic, no real flow. I couldn't find the grape jelly! ha ha. One particular front desk clerk was rude,. My bathroom made some noise automatically and it sounded like the water was running through the pipe. About five minutes once. Coffee taste. everything was fine. Hotel is very "functional" and utilitarian. Probably fine for the clientele. Not a "destination" hotel. I didn't like that you have to give them a credit/debit card even if you plan on paying cash. I was planning on paying cash, but had to give them my debit card, which would tie up my money for up to 14 days. That was crazy. Also, they should smooth out the entrance and exits, as when we entered, it cause my stabilizers to break. NOT fun and yeah no their fault, but it should be a smoother, gentler transition. only 1 garbage receptacle in the entire room, no closet doors-looked like they had been ripped off as some of the base trim was missing as well. Hotel charged me more than what letsbookhotel.com quoted. breakfast- fresh fruits only once! no plain yoghurt, only sweet stuff. The parking lots signs saying "take all of your valuables" scared me. Needs a few updates. Some of the breakfast foods ran out quickly and were not replenished as the breakfast was ending in 25 minutes. Noise from water system. We were put on a floor with a lot of teenagers. They were loud and rowdy. Staff, food, tv and maid service. The area/city.
