  The setting in the trees was very peaceful...love the cookies and the sweet dreams pillow..I actually went on line and ordered a couple. Also some great restaurants within walking distance. - We have stayed many times. Staff is usually helpful and the room is clean and comfortable.

  Calsang & wife very kind and helpful Room clean, adequate facilities and a convenient location. I needed help with the television and they came to the rescue very promptly. On arrival room assignment was on the 2nd floor; requested first floor and was accommodated. I recently had surgery and it would have been difficult to negotiate the sta... what people say » irs. I have a daughter in Winooski and will be visiting again. - We just needed a place to sleep at night and wash up in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Heater worked very well and quickly. Didn't have things other places have but we didn't require them. Like an iron or box of tissues. I thought the dispenser for shampoo and soap was unique.

  We were in Burlington for a wedding so this was a great place to stay for that. We weren't in the room that much other than to sleep - good location for the town in Burlington. We walked in one day which is fine but better to get a taxi. Bed was comfortable and the TV had loads of good stations.   Your staff. I had to leave my car in the parking lot and the keys at the front desk until my wife came and picked up the car. It may be a small thing for your staff to do but it was a relief that my car was safe.   I came for a quick one night stay for business. The hotel was very clean and fresh. The colors were bright and modern, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant (The Windjammer) was great. Excellent quality food - the salad bar was fresh and fully stocked. I'd definitely stay again if I were in town. - I really appreciated the kindness of front desk staff to help me when my flight got cancelled and I had to spend the night in Burlington.   I liked the fact that it was conveniently located right alongside ny Route 87 that we happened to be traveling. There were restaurants and other amenities located close by so we could stop for the night without running all over to eat and re-charge before resuming travel the next day. - I had low expectations considering how inexpensive the room ... what people say » rates were,but we were pleasantly surprised with the staff,cleanliness of the room and all the extras.This was on par with more expensive hotels that we have stayed at previously.Very impressive!

  The helpfulness was amazing..we arrived by motorcycle..it was starting to rain...I Had reserved the wrong nite..they were full..desk clerk called manager to get authorization to release a room kept for emergency s ..we were very impressed as other people had been turned away...I Guess being wet and tired was enough of an emergency..VERY Impressed ... what people say » and thankful - cleanliness of room, linoleum floor, price, parking, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, quickness of heat in room and ability to regulate it, wifi (though I didn't know this when I reserved room and didn't bring my laptop), location- very close to Fletcher-Allen hospital and downtown Burlington
