  Front Desk (Jamel) was very friendly and accomodated us on a couple of small things we needed. The Bar Tender for the Cocktail Hour had a very nice way about him too. The Breakfast Cook To Order Crew were impressive with their team work, in the way they speedily moved the rather long line for omlettes! We slept well in the comfy bed! - I liked the late check-out, the suite room was very large, and the many ammenities offered, like the pool and exercise room. The rooms are very comfortable, and the free happy hour was awesome.

  First, we loved the location! It is elegant and corporate and near a mall, etc., yet it is in a cozy wooded property. Thanks to Sonesta, we found much better than expected: two rooms with baths, full kitchen, wonderfully comfortable beds, lr with third tv, hot breakfast, super- friendly staff, clean and lovely facility with exercise room and laund... what people say » ry. We even liked the staff's incorporating the construction theme into their decor and dress. Absolutely beats every other place for price and comfor - The complimentary breakfast buffet and appetizers were so good. Chantel and Victoria did wonderful at the front desk from check-in to check-out. Robin, Elizabeth, and staff kept us supplied with towels, etc. Angelica and staff did a wonderful job on the buffet. You all were so helpful in making my family's stay a wonderful one. Keep up the good work and promote Chantel to Manager already! Thank you.

Our shuttle driver (Denis) was caring and very informative and James was very friendly and kind.   I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at Microtel Inn. The cost was so low, that my expectations were low. But this motel was as nice as others that charge twice the price. Service was very friendly and helpful, and our room was super clean and very comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again if we go back to Atlanta. (But I must say, the traff... what people say » ic is terrible!) - I liked the staff that was there Friday evening they were very nice. they were really so nice I hate to say how mean the other staff was. Also the 3rd shift front desk person was nice. the pool was very nice and clean the hotel was very clean never saw any trash or dirt very nice establishment
