Excellent stay from checking in to being dropped off at the airport. Everyone we were encountered wanted to be helpful and it showed by going over and above. The checkin person I believe was Mel not only told us how to get back to the car rental he drew on the map how and were to get the shuttle back. The shuttle driver was very nice the. Very spacious room overlooking the marina, which is definitely better than the ones on the bay as there is the parking in between the hotel and the sea. The entire hotel needs to be updated. We booked a king room and were only offered a double queen. As we are boating people we wished to walk over marina but could not locate the marina manager. Had to pay $5 for parking was a bit off as we are not in the city and parking was not in short supply.
