  Being 77 yrs old, and having a few physical difficulties, I appreciated the room very close to entrance, 1st floor, convenient to breakfast area. my 1st stay - not my last. Great price. Friendly staff. - Very helpful and friendly staff. Front Desk manager truly made us feel welcome and seemed concerned that we were comfortable and that our needs... what people say » were met.   At first this hotel can be rather daunting, not the most glamorous site from the outside... But as soon as you enter your room you realize how nice it really is, huge king bed, great bathroom, and a nice living room!!! I would stay here again anyday!!!! - It was much nicer than I expected.   I liked the effort of the Inn to minimize the use of single-use plastic at the breakfast. The hotel is located near a street, San Mateo, with very good ethnic cuisines, especially an Italian restaurant called West Coast Cafe. The Inn also provides free shuttle service. On bus route to central sf. Bart station is within walking distance of hotel. Area is safe and clean - after a long drive we walked to the mall 1/2 mile away. Staff very helpful and allowed us to change rooms for one with different facilities for the same price. Rooms are large and clean, and breakfast is sufficient for either flying out or moving on.

  Recently remodeled. Clean, quite considering it was on a busy street and near the airport. Comfortable. Basic. Ready access to freeways Close to the airport Close to the BART STATION I will definitely stay there again - I needed a cheap place to crash for a few days while I was in the Bay area, and this place had everything that I needed.

  The room was large considering the price. Easy assess from SFO, but the map is not referred too somewhat difficult to find the hotel. A map should accompany the computer printout. - Close to the airport the friendly staff and an excellent Chineese resturant close to the hotel.
