The staff was excellent!!! The desk manager was very pleasant and helpful, as my luggage did not arrive on the flight, and he arranged for the shuttle to take me to the airport several times in order for me to retreive my luggage!!! The night time driver was very helpful also!!!. Clean and comfort, mainly the hotel provide shuttle van to airport. Free breakfast.I dont think Ive ever been to a hotel where there wasnt a clock in the room. all reviews »
great locaton near airport. comfortable room.The staff was very nice and helpful. Also the room was very clean. I would stay at the Clarion Hotel again. Easy access to lga. Business Center, Fitness Room. Close to airport, good shuttle service. Free continental breakfast. Convenient for airport, good shuttle service. Free wi-fi internet access. no value for money. The breakfast in the morning.I expected to have a kettle in the room to make my tea instead of going downstairs for a supply. The day time shuttle driver should handle luggage a little more caring, as he broke the wheel of my bag off, when he dragged it roughly up the the small stepup outside the doorway. The little bitty step into the bathroom. I stubbed my toe atleast twice after waking up and forgetting it was there.toilet blocked for two days. big fan heater did not seem to turn off even though there was an off button so came on intermittently throughout the night. I stayed on the first floor and while I was sleeping when people were in the hallways passing my room my door would move. I feel the locks should be a little better so my door wont more.Mid-week price selection in nyc seems high, maybe because of Summer. Staff response to lost suit deplorable. After-service non-existent.the breakfast is not so good (the juice machine was out of order). When i told the front desk manager about the mold in our room he not only didn't he whant to continu listening to me but he also hung up on me and only tried compensating by giving me a 25$ discount for my unpleasant stay with my kids!!!What another slap in the face...Never will i submit my family to this chaine of hotel!!!.
