This was my second visit with my sister and we loved the privacy, spaciousness, no interruptions and the only request we had was more coffee pkts which were there in a jiffy.   Everything! And we own a cleaning business and are super picky. The staff was more than wonderful! They worked so hard everyday, cleaning the grounds, doing maid refreshes on the rooms, maintaining the beautiful plants on site, etc. they were lively and pleasant. It was like we knew them prior, to our arrival. they were so aware of all guests and ... what people say » that makes it a quiet place to stay, they seem like a no nonsense establishment. the beds were so comfortable with great quality linens, pillows, etc. - The price was great! Great internet connection, clean room. There was a microwave, refridgerator, flat screen tv with cable channels. Across the street from the beach. The hotel owner didn't have any problem letting us check in early when we arrived.

  This was our first stay at the resort. Very much impressed with the staff, comfort, and important for us how well maintained and clean our room and the entire facility was. We have a time share elsewhere but will return every year to Surfside.
