Located close to the airport, regular shuttle bus to and from the airport, helpful friendly staff, lovely greeting from Mary on my arrival. They had no problems storing my luggage over the weekend while I traveled 'light' to New York for a few days, which was a huge help! Would definitely recommend!. From the moment I set foot on the property, the staff couldn't do enough for me. Friendly, courteous and helpful and answered my questions. Family members who visited me were permitted to use the hotel's airport shuttle to access public transportation home. They were very accommodating and kind.

I even forgot my phone in the room after checkout and I came back after 6 hours and they had kept it safe for me. I really appreciate their honesty. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you!. Our Car had been broken into in the city before we checked in and the staff was very helpfull, even providing us duct tape and the like to repair our window until we could return home. They could not have been more friendly and accomodating. I liked the location, staff was very curtious. I loved the food and the service also the friendly attitudes. Bed was comfortable, room clean and set up nicely. Thank you for a pleasant stay. The staff was excellent. My initial room was not acceptable because it smelled strongly of smoke. The staff person at the front desk rectified this immediately and gave me a lovely room. I always stay here the night before leaving town. Easy shuttle ride to the airport, very clean, modern room, some of the friendliest check-in staff I've encountered anywhere. Fair size room. Man at reception did apologise for the problems and offered a free breakfast as compensation. I like the friendly staff and the location closer to downtown. The location is ideal for travelers. The pool is heated and the gym. single queen room could have used a coat of paint on one wall. It had been repainted but in a patched area and the colors didn't match. food was ordinary and there were no separate food choices for lunch or dinner - same foods but served in different portion sizes. Not enough variety. Nothing to dislike!. I didn't like how I could hear the person in the room next to ours. I felt like she was in the room with us that's how loud it sounded. The walls were thin, maybe because of it's age. I called the front desk to complain and they were very speedy and happy to move us to another room. I was already comfy, but we chose to move. Only thing was we left our ear phones and charge adapter in the first room and didn't notice until we were back home in Virginia Beach. My husband was annoyed with that. The smell of the pool when I first walked into the lobby and seeing people in beach wear. Nothing at all. Breakfast not included. I had a hard time with the WiFi, however, it was my fault. Wish I could have stayed longer. The restaurant service was terrible. We went for a drink after we arrived and couldn't get anyone to take care of us. Very dissapointing!!!. Chairs in restaurant much too low; difficult to get up from for older people. Having to pay more for a standard size room for 4 without being cramped, the price of the restraunt with no other options. This recent time, the price was double. I will now consider elsewhere to stay. The waiting staff in the restaurant and for bar food were poor and did not go out of their way to be helpful and I had to goo look for them to order food and drinks each time. For my entire trip to the USA - they were the only staff I did not tip. Coffee shop was only open for short periods. Left at 4:45 in am. Too little time to have a dislike . The food and the service at the bar for a late dinner were significantly below expectations. Rooms were rundown. Room service treys we in the hallway for more than 24hrs. Nothing really. Lot of noise in adjoining rooms due to drunk people. That my stay was short. Mattress. Bed was a bit soft. Shuttles. I did not like the fact I got charged twice for one night. There was garage behind the end table. the curtain did not go all the way across the window so the lights from the street and cars lite up the room. The 2 ladies when we checked in screwed up and over charged my card to the point of taking all my money out of my account. The pool was not as warm as it should have been. The evening front desk manager was not helpful at all and stood there and argued with the 2 ladies that were the most help and fixed the problem along with ast. manager Travis. I stayed in one of the lower rate rooms and it was clear why it was a lower rate. Although the bedding and tv were updated, it was clear the hallway and wallpaper could use the same upgrades. It appeared very dull and warn, looked more like it was new in the 80s. Staff was not very attentive. Had to ask for towels 3 times. First time I got dirty ones, second time, the cleaning lady did not return, the third time, front desk told me, towels would be brought up to the room....never happened. Hotel is renovating- door numbers were written on..felt a little isolated and creepy. Not clean enough for Hiltun. The heater rattled so loud...barley slept. Room service was incorrectly priced and wasnt very good. The bar/ restaurant is a joke. No service available (waited for 15 minutes and nobody showed). Not very apprealing. The floors (hallways) and elevator are dirty and outdated. The place needs some paint and new carpet. The bed was absolutely horrible and the room smelled old and stale. Surrounding area is sketchy, only good for a a stop over to get out of the airport easily. Was very disappointed with the hotel there were roaches and I was very worried they would crawl on my baby. I have stood at many Hilton's all over the world and this was the worst one. our bed was said to be a queen size bed?? no way! only thing we didn't like. The room wasn't cleaned very well, dirty under desk and behind furniture, room smelled unpleasant. Bathroom floor not cleaned well, shower curtain was ripped and tub was clogged. Tried to call for room service three times around the hour of 8:30 and there wasn't any answer. Did not pursue any of these issues with the front desk since I had my child with me and didn't have time. Staff was inconsistent. manager was very nice but front desk staff seemed not to care. Also breakfast staff in restaurant seemed half asleep. Reception staff. The stench of stale smoke in the corridor on 7th floor. Holes in carpet of room 721. Several large holes in bed sheet (I have photos).Decor was tired and dirty. Staff were slow to control a disturbance at 1am in the corridor. After 25 mins of the shouting and arguing I called front desk and was told they were aware of the problem. It stopped for while then started again. The toilette itself and the surrounding floor was dirty with spots of urine. At first I thought it was us using the bathroom but once I lifted the toilet and looked around the floor, I realized it was never washed! I would not go back just for the lack of hygiene! SO much for the HILTON!. Our room was run down wih paint peeling off the wall. The bathroom was filthy and very unkept. To top off our not so pleasant experience we ate breakfast for $16 a person at the buffet and it was the worst food I have ever eaten. Very disappointed by the service and quality of the food. The pool seemed dirty and the hotel seemed outdated and not fresh.
