Every thing, we mainly use this hotel to catch early flight. The service was very accomodating since we had several small children with our party. Even provided a crib for the 2 year old. We even took advantage of the pool.Busboy took our bags to ticket counter. Every Thing ran smoothly. We have used your hotel before. this location is perfect if you need to be at the airport, as it is located INSIDE the airport. In our case, we were going on a Disney Cruise, and it was the perfect solution, as the transport to the port is located in the airport as well. Disney picks up the suitcases directly in the room, which is very convenient.

The convenience to check out of the Hotel and check in with our airline without all the hastle of getting from hotel to airport cannot be underestimated.. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Bathroom excellent. Check in process easy and informative. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location excellent for pre or post flight. Spent a nice morning round the pool before our flight. Will definitely use this hotel again. Best place to stay for the Start of a Disney Cruise. They have a pool which the children enjoyed. I loved the convenience of not having to leave the airport for our short layover before the cruise. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Would definitely recommend. Staff was friendly and helpful, McCoys restaurant was fun, casual and served reasonably prices good food, perfect proximity in airport, clean, modern, attractive, and restful. 24 hour fitness center, free wifi in most of the rooms. close proximity to airport terminal. It was very comfortable and clean with nice, big rooms and even a balcony. The breakfast buffet on the ninth floor was excellent! The swimming pool and gym were first rate. Location in the airport. The ability to drive up and self park my car under cover was excellent. In addition, the abilty the next morning to check out and immediately enter the airport lobby was priceless. When I approached the front desk about my issue, they were very apologetic and offered me a reduction in room rate. I would stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The hotel was very clean and amazingly quiet for being located right at the airport. The location is wonderful if you need either a late check-in from a late arriving flight or an early start for an early flight!. The location was absolutely the only choice for our early morning flight departure. The pool outside was nice, even in the evening hour. A hot tub would have been even better. Their sushi bar is superb, their rooms are clean, the staff is helpful. I pass through Orlando a half dozen times a year enroute to my home, and always stay with them. We were on the 6 floor and the swimming pool area was absolutely beautiful. The Hyatt was the third hotel we had stayed in and hands down the best. Thanks so much. Bed absolutely fine. The room that we had on the 8th floor had a vent that had a constant hum. We could not turn it off. I did not get any sleep that night. The receptionist had difficulties locating my reservation and was not very professional in handling the matter. He needs more training with his computer and his guest handling abilities!. We left a mouth guard in the room and contacted hotel security shortly after boarding our plane. They item was recovered from the room and shipped to us via ups overnight for $59.02! Most of the hotels we have stayed in worldwide had free Internet for guests. We found the fees at the Hyatt very high. Nothing. Air conditioned system was noisy, even if turned off. The hallways were noisey until midnight. Loud echoes in hallway because doors not well sound proofed. Room to room noise also notable. elevators are slow during peak times. It was a bit noisy - my room overlooked the atrium of the airport with an audible, large fountain. - rooms located by the airport hall and very noisy. There was nothing we didn't like. Paying for parking and internet. having to leave this hotel. cost. Our booking was NOT on file from you. ISSUE for you. Paymrnt needs resolution with you. pool was small and crowded. Evetything was great. The room was close to the pool and fitness center and people were very noisy in the corridor up to 1 AM! We had to get up a 4 AM in order to catch our flight and did not have enough sleep!. i dont have any negative feedback. not a thing. The fact that you charged for a bottle of water in the room..... No milk for coffee in rooms. Yet another business hotel. Only one robe.
