I liked the fact. That it was very close to ucf we were there for our sons graduación, Also very close to the beach at coloca beach. Everyone at the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was ok it could have more added to it. But it was filling. location, location, location... Colonial Dr... near to our favorite type of food... Fuji Sushi.. Nice clean people were very friendly really nice staff and the location.
all reviews » It wasn't what I expected but it was comfortable. staff really nice helpful. Location was good. Next to Golden corral and waffle house eating. Staff of the hotel is very kind specially Jordan and Tammy. The staff were very frendly and the beds were confortable. The staff was friendly. Tile floors. Nothing. Everything was great , the only thing I did not like was that when housekeeping came to clean the room everything was cleaned and organized, but image wouldn't clean the bathroom toilet, so after two day the bathroom starte having that urine smell, it was the only thing. They need to make sure when they clean and replace towels that the toilet gets clean too. That was it. Other than that everything was great and our stay was very delightful. narrow selection of breakfast foods, and there was dust behind the night table. Cant answe we love staying there. We didn't have hot water our last night & the WI-FI sucked. Breakfast items need more choices. A/C did not cool the room properly. TV needs upgrading. our bed spreads had dog food on them and on the floor in the bathroom...there was no hot water to start with .we had to wait to shower...not much slection for breakfast. The pool wasn't heated and seemed run down. No one used it. The letsbookhotel.com site said it was a pet friendly hotel. We booked a rate for $59 and there was no way on the site to say we had a dog. When we arrived the hotel changed the rate to $89 because of the dog. Unfair. Noisy, Smelly, Kids running around at all hours of the night, Party hotel. When I got to room we did not like it because it was to close to the highway and moved to another room, when we got to the next room it was smelly but we where tired, young kids in room next door and people having a party in the parking lot, now somebody started banging on my door we packed up and went next door to the Radisson for the last 4 days. This is not research park. This is colonial. The room was low quality and there were questionable people hanging out on the premises. This was more of a motel than a hotel, and the huge letdown was that this, again, is not research park. Their rooms are not taken care off, from a rusty bathroom tub to finding bugs within the room to the unfriendly front desk (weekend) staff, the stay was dreadful/uncomfrtable to say the least and I could not wait to get out and take a proper clean shower!.
