The hotel was clean, the employees were friendly, our room was very comfortable and on the 7th floor which overlooked the Falls. The hotel is a stone-throw away from the Falls. I liked waking up to a USA Today paper every morning. Location was perfect: within walking distance of the falls & restaurants. Close access to the trolley for anything else we needed. Entire staff was amazingly helpful & friendly at all times of the day / night.
all reviews » The location, just a short walk from the State Park- the fantastic view from our 7th floor window-the room itself, large and comfortable with two beds-the hotel restaurant, good food and friendly service- free parking. The room had been updated recently and had a modern appeal to it. The bed was very comfortable and the room was sparkling clean. It was close to all attractions and was a very good value for the money. I liked that the hotel was close to everything,we walked to all the attractions or got on the trolley. Once we arrived at the hotel we parked our car and did not use it again until we checked out. It's well located near the Niagara Falls (about 5/10 mins walking), wide free parking area, friendly staff at the reception, free wifi, atm. There's a restaurant as well but we haven't tried it. with kids who don't eat much, it was really nice & great the hotel's restaurant offering free meals for the kids. also, great for the free Wi-Fi access. The staff is quite friendly. The location is perfect, it is within walking distance of Niagara falls and major attrations. Also quite close to casino. The room was very nice and had a huge bathroom and tub. The beds were comfy and the pillows were very soft. The decor was nice and the hotel felt new. The location was excellent, Niagara Falls is not far from hotel, the breakfast was delicious. The room and bathroom were spacious. Very helpful staff. Was an older hotel- so some things could use updating: ice machines didn't always work- but overall it really wasn't a big deal. Can't think of anything. My view was of the parking lot so I missed the Niagara Falls Friday night fireworks show (it was too cold and rainy to go watch it outside). It was a little spendier than I thought, but that's because the tax is so high. A man near the reception was trying to sell us attractions in Niagara Falls, he pressed to much on us to buy it. We felt very unpleasant. waiting for the elevators. Had to wait ten minutes on check out day before there was an available elevator. The elevators were pretty sketchy. No microwave. no microwave and mini fridge.. breakfast voucher valid for 2 persons. The Restaurant Menu was not update. I had an old version of the Menu. i wish the hotel has kids play ground other than the pool. that would have been excllent to think about. Breakfast could have been better cus a few flies was around food. Danish n donuts and ects could have been covered up. It had been renovated but not fully and I did not think It was totally worth the price we paid. Carpet and decorations in room need updated. The rooms were a bit tired, the laminate floor was quite worn. A little bit expensive. Gym could be updated. Would have preferred more carpeting thru out the hotel so we didn't have to hear carts rolling around. Nothing. the noise of other guests in the early morning and at night. it seems like the walls are not heavy enough. No air conditioning in halls. Heated pool area well air conditioned; you froze when you got out. Asked for non-smoking room when I booked the room & recieved a smoking room. They put a noisy air purifier in room that helped with the smell. Adult meals pricey for what you recieved (except for the breakfast buffet). How hot it was in the hallways and elevators...no hot tub.. No hot water in my room. Didn't get our senior discount with the hotel since we booked through you and not them. Floor was cold. No complimentary breakfast!. A little bit far from jac. Our room was not serviced on day 2. We were supposed to have a microwave which they brought in on the last evening of 3 nights. Dinner menu. Too fine dinning.
