design... but far from the top... just correct. doesn't worth the money. nobody there knows nothing about the city. Concierge is zero. I've got one sprite from the minibar, which I founded half empty at arrival and they charged me 156usd. Of course I didn't payed... If you want a shower cap you have to ask for it every day... Come on 400usd/day. 16usd internet for 24 hours!!!! in USA??? even in Romania is for free. They are mean (miserly, avare, mezquino, kleinlich).
