The location is great. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The neighbours are friendly too. The appartment size is enough for family of five persons. The appartment was clean and tidy.
Clean apartment, with two nice bedrooms. Excellent location, just a few
blocks from Central Park and few blocks from many restaurants and shops.

The location is great for the price. If you need a 2 bedroom apartment,
with a small kitchenette, you can't go wrong here.

Nothing good about it.
No elevators make it hard when carrying luggage. Owner did not say
upfront where keys should be picked up, which made me walk 3 blocks back
and forth carrying two large suitcases. No information about internet
connection readily available, had to call owner to get the password and
wifi name.
We had to pick up our key from a doorman at another facility.
No elevator. We booked the appartment in January and they confirmed it
was a first floor and the day before wanted to place us on the third or
cancel. Fortunately they finally moved somebody else and gave us the
first floor booked.
AC wasn't on upon our arroval and it took overnight to really get cooled down.
The apartment is pretty small. But the worst is the stairs. If you can, stay in the first floor. There is no elevators.
It had no facetime with anyone who owned the apartment, and when i went back to return the keys the doorman at the other hotel knew nothing about it and said the man who owns these apartments doesnt even stay there anymore!
Also the cable tv didnt work, and when i emailed about it i got no reply.
The wifi is not stable.
The location is fantastic and the appartment was relatively ok but very small ,for max!!! 5 persons unless you whant to use inflatable mattresses.
Could not locate any one for any service. No info as to where to leave
the keys. Had to mail it to co. No phone service available to
communicate with co. No one answer when I called.there is no staff or services to speak of. You are basically in an apt in the city. No front desk.
The lounge furniture was broken and flimsy. The lounge bed would be
unusable as the springs are not padded. The bathroom door was broken and
could not be closed/locked. letsbookhotel.com should set some standards
and follow thru.
It's expensive I didint met any stuff I toke the key from other
building resption and left the key in the apartment I book it for
3days and I slept for 1night and left it they also didint give me my
money back.
