The privacy maintained for three people in one suite. The cleanliness, location, and the very helpful staff. Pleasent kind atmosphere. The size, cleanliness and comfort of the room. The staff was exceedingly friendly, which is refreshing to see that you are appreciated. The staff were helpful. And the Upper East Side location is convenient (close to both the theatre district and the Metropolitan Museum). The rest is a short (and cheap) cab ride away!.
