Short walk to the French Quarter. Relatively new construction. Clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast Included --Waffles, Yogurt, Pastries, Fresh Fruit, Breakfast Sandwiches. Safe. Nice pool and exercise room. I have stayed in various hotels in NO for 14 years every Jazz Fest. This one cleanest, quietest, best bargain. Also safest. New, clean, decent breakfast included, safe, close to French Quarter, adequately equipped exercise room, small pool area with outside dining tables, staff is friendly and helpful. Great bargain.

It is not very classy and I feel disgusted thinking of the amount of waste this hotel must be producing per year.The bathrooms don't have vents. the cleanliness of the first two days are not very good.the pool. My room was cleaned for almost two days. I had to call the front desk to report this.They maid overbooking of the hotel and when I arrived they didn't have room for me. They changed me in the first night to another hotel. The breakfast was continental, without fruit and scrambled eggs and ham/saussage. Staff could have more friendly. Something must be wrong with insulation. The walls seemed paper thin.You could hear every person that came through the front door even on thethird floor. You could hear each time a door shut or a person walkeddown the hall or talked outside your room even if they were not close.Got absolutely no sleep.
