The hotel has an amazing location, just 2 blocks to the beach, and situated also 2 blocks far from the nightlife, so it's quite at night around the hotel area, good advices from the staff about where to eat and what trip to take, the room has a very modern and simple design, the breakfast was basic but totally satisfying. the price of this hotel compared to all the hotels in the same area was extremely reasonable. it's a cozy hotel, not a luxurious one, u just spend the night there to sleep, wh.

The breakfast was simple but tasty and as it is served in a small area you get to know the other guests. I would definately recommend this hotel. Um hotel que vale a pena muito pelo custo beneficio. Excellent location, close to the beach and nightlife, but far effort away not to be disturbed by noise. Really friendly staff, small and personal service, staff helped give us information about local area, buses etc. breakfast was simple but nice, fresh pastries, cereal, yogurts, juice. A bit remote, thats good, you don't fall out of the door and find yourself in the middle of the strip, but the Ocean drive is still close. It is calm and friendly, a good value for money. If you like the European charme of personal service in an small hotel, go there. -Reasonable priced hotel in the quiet part of South Beach -Possible to get a king bed room -high quality products on the breakfast buffet (orange juice was "Tropicana", the youghurts had whole berries in it, the coffee was served strong and european-style). liked very much location! Much better then on Ocean Drive !!!. Mike -the receptionist very nice and helpful, Breakfast included. it is ok. You should not to complain!!! I am really recommending this hotel for a short stay in south Beach Miami. Small, intimate experience with a European flavor, wonderfully located near so much. Great staff eager to please. Also has parking which was great for us. We stayed five nights and were very happy and would definitely go back. Very nice bathroom, clean and modern. The shower was really good. the smell & the sound of the air conditioned was extremely bad, we were in room 214, each time we switch it off we smell like a strong burn in the room. and the housekeeping was putting it everyday in heat mood, donnow why?. Ground floor room didn't have much light in, was very shaded by large outside tree. No pool. -the aircondition in the room, was very agressive and the airflow was aimed directly at the bed, making us cold during night, with draft winds -the breakfast buffet did not have any bread or bagels but only cakes or cereal. No view from the hotel window.. Walls really thin!!!. The place is starting to show a little wear around the edges. Everything was wonderful . Hotel was a bit noisy (from other guests, the walls seem rather thin) and the breakfast is a bit sparse. Breakfast was poor and low quality. No shower facility after check out.
