  The front desk staff was happy to notify housekeeping of our smelly shower curtain and it was immediately replaced. The vouchers for the lounge and breakfast were appreciated. Food was quite good.   One of the best free continental breakfasts of any place I've stayed. Super clean rooms. King bed was insanely comfortable. The desk staff was incredibly helpful, when looking for a place to grab a bite they recommend an awesome spot (The Grill) nearby. What really set this place apart was the "little extra" where I received a call from the front ... what people say » desk that the maintenance person noticed one of my tires was a bit flat. After checking out, the staff followed us to our car and then filled the tire - I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn Matamoras very much. The room was great and the bed very comfortable. Free WiFi was much appreciated. The pillows were just to my liking - soft with just the right amount of firmness. The breakfast was good, and the lobby area in which it was served was warm and inviting with all the amenities - tv, warm fire etc.
