the staff were very helpful, and even found us a very fast laundry service nearby. we visited for a UCLA visit, and was the prefect location. the staff was great! very friendly and helpful. the rooms were beautiful and the pool area very relaxing. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a success. Excellent customer service and friendliness. I loved the hotel I thought it was very funky/classy and accomodated for everybody.
