letsbookhotel.com worked like a charm. Ramada was ready for us and we checked in to a large, clean, and quiet room right away. There with a friend for a concert at the Wiltern Theater literally steps away! A/c just fine once we cranked it up to cool off the room. Large bathroom, flat screen tv, phone, coffee and fridge. What more could you ask. Great deal in a great location...off to the Beverly Hot Springs the next day after problem free check out.

Staff not really motivated to please customers. Parking was a bit cramped. Old and a bit run down, but you get for what you pay. had to take a cold shower since we did not have hot water. There was no stopper for the bath tub and there was a rip in the curtain. Needs a facelift. Everything is very old and outdated. Actual rooms, restroom, smell of smoke in non smoking room. Wall A/C. A lot of thing appeared to be dated/ in need of updating. Old aircons, smelling not so good. Amenities. this hotel is out of date...the bathrooms are old and falling apart. the carpets are dirty and the furniture are old. total refurbishment is needed. wi-fi was not available in all rooms - I moved 3 times in one week.. one because the traffic noise was so terrible and once because to wi-fi. a little darty... use of the business center was not free. The property seems fairly outdated. there were stains in the carpet and chairs and the tub was stained which made it uncomfortable to shower. I requested cleaning solution to clean the shower because the stain was there but it could not be removed. tv size, bathtub was broken and making noise every time i'd step on it. Also found hair on pillow. The hotel experince is very bad in everything. i checked in for two hours and i was not able to stand the hotel with my family and till now they did not credit my money back. Rooms, smile, service are very bad. Everything was ugly .Neighborhood. staf . The place is dirty.I would not recommend it at (Never) . Had a few problems which I have sent an email explaining the situation to Ramada Wilshire, Wyndam Hotel Group, and letsbookhotel.com. I have only heard a response from Wyndam.
