we were made to feel exceptionally welcome the moment we arrived . No task was ever to hard to accomodate . The staff, the facilities and the location were second to none especially if you are travelling with older children. I would not hesitate to stya there again as a matter of fact I would not give it a second thought .I would have no hestitation in recommending to anyone that was considering to stay at such a magnificent facility . The service and ambience made our stay a special one inde.
all reviews » Everything -awesome service got an upgrade two complete bathrooms in our king suite great bed and service. They seemed to be cleaning our room many times a day. I went for a run outside and came back worse for wear Valet ran to me and gave me a towel and water - awesome. We have stayed at Burj Al Arab Dubai views were better but service on par for half the price. Stay here its awesome -we were in the Wing don't let that put you off it is great. our room was near the elevator. fan in the elevator shaft creaked. It was impossible to sleep. staff tried to fix the problem. in the end the staff opened the door to the adjoining room so that we could use the two rooms to sleep without carrying things. in the morning we were approached by the hotel manager. he personally apologized for the inconvenience. All staff went above & beyond to meet our requests & provide amazing service for our entire stay. We are also happy that our young children received the same warm attention & smiles. We thank you all at the Wilshire and extend our gratitude to Concierge staff for there professionalism and excellence. Looking forward to returning soon. This is a luxury hotel with great style and elegance. The staff were friendly and efficient. Our room, a suite was excellent and comfortable. The lounge and bar areas have a great ambiance and the food is good. Nice lively atmosphere here!. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite overlooking rodeo drive. The staff were all attentive and caring which was truly appreciated as we stopped here overnight on route to a family emergency home in Australia. Great hotel with really good staff. The standing of the hotel, the location at the begining of rodeo drive, the history of the hotel, the jacussi at the pool. Loved everything , superb hotel. The pool is small and there is no place for guests. nothing alls great. Bar at night. Dj playing ear bleeding hip hop doesn't really fit the ambience. Wi fi limitation. staff couldn't help for up-grade. There was nothing. It was great. the hotel is very tired; lots of tourists gawking. It doesn't represent four seasons hotel that I know...
