  The staff was very friendly and very helpful especially after the first suttle didn't arrive and I had to call for a second one. The shuttle driver refused a tip because they were late in picking me up, he also put together a small lunch sack for me so I would have something to eat. My arrival time was during the change of shift at 11 pm so there was a slight mixup but I was very well taken care off up arrival a - I like the breakfast. Lemon could have been provided for the tea drinkers. Darryl, at the front desk, was excellent and helpful in many ways.
