Our little apartment was beautiful, clean, and the beds supremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had a problem that was handled poorly at first by staff, but they quickly made up for their mistake and we were more than satisfied with their handling in the end. Little community areas (playground, pool, grills, etc) were awesome with the little guy. Love the Jacuzzi Tub for Two! We are Westgate Owners in Park City, UT, so we are a bit spoiled! We have a two bedroom unit there, but this is a very nice in-between size unit. Larger than our B Side, but smaller than our A Side.

Lots of things available to do. Pets are welcome. We will deff. stay here again. We were very pleased with our stay. Our room and the facility was very clean. The staff was amazing and very helpful and professional. We are planning our next trip already!. I loved the way everthing was from time I pulled up, and spent there promt response and service greataway with a family feeling or romantic getaway with your significant other. Everything! Hotel is not directly on the Strip (15 min. With Bus/no Problem) Its good to turn off. Not so loud like at the Strip. Bbq Stations Wunderful Rooms. Facilities seemed very good although we only stayed one night and didn't really use anything. Liked the security and felt very safe. Accomdating staff and attention to guest satisfaction. With that being said, I would RX this resort to others. the room space,cooking items and the pool area.favorite thing was activity center for kids and movie rentals. Everything! I was especially pleased that I was able to get multiple keys and parking permits for my group. I loved this place I would defiantly stay again and I would recommend it to anyone!!!!!. The amenities, location to strip and your evening shuttle service. The guest was fabulous especially my concierge Hillary thanks boo!. Place was beautiful and close to where we need it to be . The activity room great for the kids friendly staff there. Very nice Hotel with large room and Jaccuzi. Size of the room; nice kitchen etc. Good value and nice room. The Price in Las Vegas. quit and nice. Location and security. secured with a gate. The deluxe two bedroom was set up nicely and the kitchen and laundry where great features if you were going to spend some extended time there. We didn't realize this is a time-share situation which is part of why we had a problem in the first place. We were expecting hotel service when really it's not that. The view was the parking lot, but we were only there for a night, and just wanted to enjoy our room, so it was fine. Not a thing (Loved the place). We couldn't stay longer!. My only disappointment was the hot water situation with the jacuzzi. Nothing!. Most place we stayed had free Wifi but here you have to pay for it. Airconditioning was very loud. The facility could stand some updating and paint. Other guests were somewhat disruptive in the use of thier accomdations. just had trouble at check in keys were not magnetized. I suppose if there could be a single thing missing, it would be a place inside the resort to eat. But there possibly was and I never saw it. Nothing. I had a one bedroom which is too small for a spa tub in room..need more closet space without water heater if I was to stay for a week. N/A. Parking. Nothing. No room cleaning service. No room cleaning service for 5 days. The motor in the tub was loud. did not like the towels smell. There was no daily service to the villa as stated in the reservation and their leaflets. I didn't like that letsbookhotel.com says it's pet friendly only to get there and find out it's 170.00 for my dog, that was not disclosed at all. Pool was nothing spectacular, neighborhood was a bit of a run down area, toom had water damage at baseboards and there was still an existing leak in our room, carpet was drenched. We were looking for a nice room close to the strip, but this was not worth the money they charged, would have preferred staying at a hotel with a nice pool and booking a large room or two singels for same price. Bug beds.
