It was a marvelous, beautiful and quiet place. There is a restaurent in the hotel, during the week and in off season it looks closed but it's open, you have to ask. On week end the village gets alive and ther is a lot of peoples and activities (we had fire works, jazz concert). Big room, big bathroom with two sinks and a separate shower. Location of hotel to the resort village was paramount. Our room location was superb! Service was excellent. We are ready to go there again for a future trip.

I liked being in a room out over the water and enjoying the view. They also have a private lagoon for hotel guests only. Luxury, Amendities, Quality, Furnisings, Landscape, Architecture, Friendiness. I loved the pool! And the villages! And the rooms are beautiful and clean. very quiet place to stay...short trip to Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. The overall beauty and cleanliness of the Resort as a whole. Ticked all the boxes for a bit of R&R after Las Vegas. The property was nice and the employees great. It was elegant and comfortable. large, clean, elegant room. Very quiet relaxing place. We loved the pool. Off-strip location. quiet. Like the hotel décor, clean, quiet and the location by the lake and close to the Village. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Very peaceful and very clean and potentially beautiful if and when everything opens up. The hotel is located in a beautiful village resort, but almost everything is closed during the week in the vilage, except for dinning. Huge facility and bad elevators lead to long walking times (e.g. from pool to room and back at least 10min, room to car more than 5min). No breakfast included, expensive buffet (18 Dollars I think). I didn't like the fact that they didn't offer a free breakfast. For the kind of money I paid, I would have expected more. I hated that my friends vehicle was broke into while it was parked In the parking structure. The hotel was not responsible for anything that was taken. And did not know if security cameras worked or not.... At $155 a night in Henderson, too high. Not enough places to eat at hotel that are reasonable in price and food is just ok and have to drive too far for food outside. Nothing for kids to do, pool closes at 8pm. Had to rent a car to go back and forth to strip, also no tables at casino. Nothing to dislike. Skeleton crew made the waits long for food and valet etc. The accounting department was a bit of a chore. Nothing I did not like. noise from HVAC. cant remeber disliking anything. The original room we were assigned to had not been cleaned. When they moved us, we got moved to a room without a king size bed which is what we paid for. We were frustrated with this. Village shops and restaurant didn't open until late. The room I stayed in had carpet that was not clean and had patches of carpet in the entrance which did not look nice. Also there was a very loud fan noise coming from outside the room in the bathroom area and this noise never stopped. Was disappointed as I had stayed in your hotel before and the room was excellent. The fact that when we booked we thought we were going to a high class resort, when in fact it was mostly closed up. Wasn't the lake view as we booked. The staff were very unhelpful and knew nothing of the surrounding areas.
