The best decoration in Las Vegas! High ceilings in the casino are the best. You don't feel as the rooms are closing into you. Awesome buffet service for a fare price! Just beside the Bellagio, so if you want to go to Circle`s de Soleil "O" show, just take the monorail. Front desk staff members work really fast! when I arrived, there was a HUGE line but it was handled in 10minutes! I couldn't believe it... anyway, REALLY recommend this hotel if you want modern and high end design rooms, speciall.
all reviews » Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Got upgraded to Sky suites for being on our Honeymoon (unforgettable gesture) on 50th floor (AWESOME). Concierge were always assistant and prompt with support. Hotel itself is the best on strip in luxury and facilities. Luxury mall at Aria is also a plus with amazing brands and atmosphere. Give it a 10/10 and I never give a hotel 10/10. Obviously we knew what to expect in a mega-huge hotel like this, so obiulsy it wasn't anything personal, definitely not intimate... like a factory. But still, the pool was great on the second floor, deluxe room with city view was comfortable, restaurants are plenty and pretty good. I like the way they scent the air in the lobby... still in my nose:-). The hotel is fabulous simply put. I am admittedly picky about cleanliness and service and I had no complaints. I'm sure some people will try to complain because they feel like they got shafted in some small way, like a resort fee or the strong fragrance of the hotel, or long walk down hallway to room, or getting a non-city view room, blah blah, blah. Don't let that sway you. This hotel is wonderful!. It was really nice place in vegas in the middle of strip street. They have Very talented, helpful and most friendly staff. The hotel was so clean, furniture is newest. Everything at all was more than perfect. They have very good restaurant called (the buffet) served many different food cuisines in very cheap price. The Hotel is new, modern, clean rooms, employees are so friendly and helpful, big nice casino, lots of activities that you can do inside the resort, you can just spend most of the day in it, prime location, you can use its Tram to move to other hotels around like Belagio and Monte Carlo. We were just a short walk from the strip and there were free trams and moving walkways to different parts of the strip. We had travelled to America to visit and celebrate our daughters 21sts. Nothing at all. -no coffee maker in the room -fee for storing items in refrigerator -message to discourage guest from placing items in refrigerator -extra fee to get refrigerator placed into room -bottled water in room was not free -loud percussion music 24/7 once the guest steps outside the room -some areas of hotel/convention center were well marked while other areas were difficult to locate -pinging of slot machines was loud when guests walk through lobby floor -I could not locate a vending machine. There is nothing I didn't like. But I will say this. This hotel is on the "calmer" side of the Strip (if you will). We came with a group, and they stayed on the "Treasure Island/Mirage" side, and we always ended up over there to party. But when we were tired and we wanted to relax, go to spa and shop in luxury malls (Dior/Prada/Tiffany), our "side of town" was the place to be!. They provide nothing as complimentary even the water and coffee they charged you on them. Everything else was perfect. Nothing really, price was high, but in Vegas you get what you pay for,. Nothing - was just perfect. Staff at buffet not great. I loved everything!. - The hotel charges $50/night if the guest stores personal items in the fridge - the bed was too soft for us. hallways were a bit confusing and took a long time to get to my room from the elevators. More lighting in the bathrooms would be nice!. No coffee in the room and I wanted to keep curtains open, then realized others could see in :(. Too many 'pretty' staff standing around doing nothing when you were in a very long queue to check in. Chocolate stain on one of the blankets which didn't look like chocolate initially to us. That we didn't stay longer!. Construction noise in room next door to ours- 4240 , on April 26 in early AM!. Disappointed that the pool closed at 5pm on Sunday. Wish that was advertised somewhere so we didn't get let down when we arrived at the pool in our swimmers. I know that it's common in Vegas but I really don't like smoking. Coming from Australia where it is banned everywhere inside it was a real change. Nothing. The buffet was okay and I think needed more servers. Cioppino tasted like vegetable soup with seafood. Food just didn't taste good needed flavor and spice. I was always told buffets were good in Vegas, I was very disappointed. Was not that impressed with the casino and some inconsistencies with staff. Check in took a long time although they did apologise. Specifically asked for a room high up and ended up on the 5th floor. Said they would call me the next day to chane rooms which they never did. I find it odd that in a hotel with over 4000 rooms that this request was not honoured. We had dinner in one of the more "casual" restaurants (Lemongrass), which didn't provide good value for money. Extremely greasy "Thai" food. Room a bit on the small side. The minibar was pricey and automated with sensors (you touch, you pay), no coffe machine. The hotel is huge, from the parking to the room it was 10 minutes walk thru the casino. I liked everything and am ready to return again--and would do so tommorrow (if I could receive the corner suite again). The blackjack tables were $25 at night and $15 during the day...too expensive will stay at the Aria but will not gamble there!!. Las Vegas is a world apart, expecially if you are european. letsbookhotel.com hadn't fully updated the hotel with my changes, leaving me to sort out the room changes & refunds, which went smoothly, the staff at the Aria were very helpful. Too cold in the dinning room (Aria Cafe)... We had to leave before finishing diner ... and I got a cold!. That I didn't stay longer. When the trip was over. Don't come on a budget. Everything is expensive. The Wifi was cumbersome to use. They should allow anyone in the facility to just connect without having to log on each day; after all, the infrastructure is already in place and other hotels allow visitors to log on. Also, the room lights should be brighter as reading was a bit difficult and my wife had trouble seeing as she did some sewing repair on clothing. *Hallways very dark and dreary. *Nearly slipped in the shower when I got in. Needs a non skid mat in there *a really good reading light over the bed head or chair would be a good addition for reading at night. *Guess no one reads at night in las!. The shower pressure could be better. We stayed for two nights, and the maid did not clean up our room although we put the signals on service when we left the room. We did not even get new towels. This is not what I expect from such a prestigious resort and when paying a reasonable sum. We are now staying at a place for $60 per night in Utah and have had impeccable room service. What a difference!. See above.
