  I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then, went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. The bo... what people say » oking hadn't come through yet, so he had someone do it manually, and gave us a great suite. This hotel is wonderful---off the strip, and quiet. We not - The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

  We got an upgrade room at no charge, they were super helpful, we ordered room service twice and it was great. They made our stay wonderful. I live in Vegas and like to stay on the strip when going out, and have therefore stayed at many hotel/casinos.   everything about bills is to our liking this is the second time we have stayed there the first time was for four weeks this time was for three weeks - We liked the location of Bills. The restaurant with the steak breakfast from early in the morning until 6am. The rooms were spacious and clean.

  Comparatively small hotel right off the strip, which was a great location, because you were tucked away from all of the craziness a little bit but you could get to it in under 5 minutes if you wanted to. Pool area loses the sun in early aft - We were upgraded free of charge, and our two-bedroomed suite was ENORMOUS! It was bigger than all of our flats at home! Well stocked kitchen, two dining areas, lounge area with couch, main bathroom, one bedroom with two double beds and a massive master bedroom with ensuite. Very comfortable, very clean and functional. And for the price it was incredible value for money. Also excellent location. Right behind the polo towers and next to planet Hollywood. Two minute walk to the strip.
