The manager and regional manager reached out to me.. Very kid friendly also we were able to go jet skiing, kayaking, swimming, etc.. Wonderful time to top off our vacation for the summer. The location close to disney and just off the strip. Lots of restaurants and things to do. Close to hi4. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. We were in the lowest grade of rooms. I wish letsbookhotel.com had given us the opportunity to book a higher grade room if they were available.
