I liked the beds, the provided breakfast, the size of the rooms, and the provided television set and internet service. My room was excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Good location for where I wanted to be in town, which was the southeast quadrant. Economical pricing compared to other locations which cost substantially more. The room was very clean and comfortable. Slept very well. Parking plentiful. The Restaurant's food was very good.

The bed sheet had a small stain, the chair had some stains on it, and the bathroom seemed dingy. The place seemed a little out of date, but for the price it was nice and acceptable. Buffet breakfast not good. Most of these are uniformly poor and I have to wonder if the same company is supplying many of these chain lodgings?? A far better choice would be to pay for Starbucks or Mc Donalds breakfast. control of the HVAC was the only problem we had. We could not get the room cool enough. Seemed the heat was way too warm even when turning down the control. Very noisy outside the room. Could had just been event people. It was a little outdated, needs some renovation. The bathrooms are pretty small with poor lighting. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Pool was real cold, no pool towels, jucuzzi was not working,, some employees was doing there personal laundry in the guest laundry room. Bed was hard. Continental breakfast was a joke. Restaurant located in the hotel was convenient but customers were loud and we were there twice and it was the same both times. Food was ok. The breakfast was disappointing. The website for the hotel stated that we would receive $20 voucher to pay for our breakfast which would lead a person to believe it would be a hot breakfast. Instead it was continental. I would have stayed somewhere else had I known that in advance. I feel Ramada Inn misled me. Just a little bit of cleaning the bathroom better, but was acceptable. The complimentary breakfast is not good, but it did not matter, we went out for breakfast. The thing I like the less is the reviews other people are giving to this hotel, it is not fair to give them 1 or 2 stars. The room had an interesting smell. I did no care for the restaurant. The Washer And Dryer Didn't Work. Hot tub was broken. Very unhappy. Was told it cost $3, 000 to fix. You are a place of business for god sake! Ice maker didnt work on our floor. Was told by another couple you has bed bugs. The lady showed me her bites. Scary!. The exercise room was very hot with no ventilation. We stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned after the first night. Breakfast was pretty good but they ran out of plates, coffee and other items by 9:30 AM and were supposed to be open until 10:00. The freezing rain and ice when we left. Nothing the Ramada could do ABOUT THAT!. The bathroom was dirty and there was trash left from before. Also, only one set of towels. Alot of crying kids. Nothing. It was costly to go downtown. There should have been a free city shuttle. At list in the morning and evening. I was in a room right next to the ice / vending machine, my room was not ready at check in so I had to wait for 20 minutes pass my check in time, I didnt receive the 20.00 coupon for breakfast that was on my confirmation receipt, no one knew why I had that coupon on my receipt. small coffee maker no frig no microwave. Claimed I had no reservation upon arrival, the included bkfst is very weak, next door to a $34 motel rough crowd. Rooms on both sides were very loud, people in halls in the middle of the night very loud (was a week night, not weekend) there was not one single towel in my room, did not notice until 6:00, desk staff took care of it but did not even apologize. Room temp. could not be changed and it was roasting in there, very uncomfortable & healthy. We were looking forward to taking a hot tub, which was broken and the pool temp. was so cold only our feet went in, very disappointing!! Elevators could use some cleaning..... dirty , paper, dirt, under bench across from bathroom also toilet ran on and on tried to fix problem, blood on the front of sink next to tissues. clock was not set and tried to call front desk to no avail. The room was not clean: used soap in the shower sticky bathroom floor with shoe prints in it trash on the floor guests next door were EXTREMELY loud after 10 pm no ice in the ice machine. the rooms were clean, but the pool area was disgusting. There was mold and mildew everywhere. My room was not made up after my second night. Nothing was done to remedy this or compensate me for it. The rooms were hot, but at least the window opened. Facility & halls too dark. Felt caged in. The pool area, especially the hot tub was pretty gross. The hot tub wasn't warm, the water was yellow, and there was brown stuff floating on top of stagnant foamy bubbles. The bathroom was really tight (hard to get into and out of because the door practically hit the toilette...and there was a spider in our bathroom) The television didn't work really well and the reception was not really any good. My TV remote did not work. I called desk 2 times for batteries but never answered. The hot tub was just not hot to cold and the pool looked unclean with mildew. The breakfast was crap. TV control would not allow volume below "32", much too high for typical viewing in a hotel room. (Staff said "They are all like that and we've told management it needs to be fixed.") Breakfast advertised as starting at 6:30, but recently changed to 7:00, without any updated posting. Didn't like all the semis in lot & shady people hanging around the hotel. Wasn't able to get adjoining rooms even though I booked we'll in advance. Room 412, blow dryer didn't work & shower drain very slow! Ice machine on 4 th floor didn't work, not much to breakfast,only one washcloth per room. Breakfast - very poor - had much better at cheaper motels - was really very disappointed - expected more at a Ramada - will not stay at this one again. Front desk attendant, cocky, because he explained breakfast to person in front of us he did not explain to us - assumed we had heard what he said previously. It was dirty compared to previous times I've stayed there. Hair on the sheets and bathroom countertop and tub. It was near a highway- loud highway noise. I was on the first floor- a lot of parking lot noise. They didn't have my reservation right . I was suppose to get two queen beds got just one king . They made my reservation a month earlier than it was supposed to be so when i checked in they said i was a no show. Also, the other guests were very loud in hallways and parking lot all night long. I reserved a king size bed and my bed was not a king size. Also I could not figure out the remote for the television. I like a remote with a sleep timer. breakfast wasnt that good motel was a little ruff.
