The price was great and they were one of the few places with rooms available during the Balloon Fiesta. The safe was unbelievably friendly and helpful!!! Rooms were quiet and clean. Liked that it was just down the Street from the VA Hospital as my husband was having surgery there. The location was great for where I was going, the VA hospital. Room 107 , Over all was acceptable .

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was close to the Freeway. Location. Didn't like anything about this Place. Only was closed where we going. Staff tried to be helpful. close to hospital. Half hour drive into Albuquerque but a straight shot so, not so bad. Breakfast wasn't served earlier than 7. The bed was not as comfortable as I would like. Ceiling above tub pealing very badly . One area along base boards looks as if eaten away by termites . It also has a Rocking Toilet . Base loose from floor . Would not recommend to others ; but , fine for me . toilet bowl old , toilet seat chipped. recommend replacement room 118. The continental breakfast - was actually some ready made cereal and pastries, left a lot to be desired!. Poor bed and bath linens and lighting, no working remote, tv pretty banged up. There was no security lock on the door; no blanket; no telephone book; no clock; the basic television was unwatchable; I couldn't get the shower to work; my room key had to be reprogrammed twice in a two day period. I will not go back and won't recommend to anyone. It was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. And the locks for the door were not very secure. Had to wait an hour after the check-in time for them to ready my room. Sheets we're dirty when I finally did check in..... beds uncomfortable. everything. The hotel was no clean. Booked a double Queen but not available on arrival. Sink leaked. Could not shut drapes. Shower did not work and no bath plug. Very cold. Could not adjust room temperature. No closet. Towels very poor quality. Fire extenquister missing from hole. , carpet filthy, blind old and split,mismatched sheets', would not stay there again,. It was the worse experience I have ever had in a hotel. The floors were very dirty, the remote for the T.V. did not work,No hot water in the lavatory,Very Noisy.I Would not recommend this Summit Inn to any one, nor will I ever stay there again.
