Almost everything. Very quiet. Nice bath products. Clean and well maintained. Meals were very good. Breakfast and dinner. Restaurant staff worked very hard to provide good service. Spa and pool area were very very nice. Shuttle bus is an excellent service to nearby attractions, restaurants etc. The Bell Captain & his staff were invaluable & was proactive in guiding us where we wanted to go & options that were not readily apparent. Their shuttle service is a very positive courtesy for guests.
all reviews » I like the room presentation it is beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The hotel location is very convenient to main attractions downtown. It's a definite must stay again. Location was perfect, staff was very friendly and accommodating, self parking available and easily accessible, great value for our 3 night stay!. Staff was so friendly, really made us feel welcomed to the hotel from the moment we arrived. Also the smoking room was a huge plus. Loved every bit of our stay there! You definately get what you pay for :) let us even check in at 11 am!. The swimming pool on the top floor is awesome. The king-size bed it's perfect to rest after a busy day. I like that is was close to Minute Maid Park and within easy walking distance to the park. Friendly staff & executive snack bar/continental breakfast, downtown shuttle service. Good facility and wonderful location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The view from the pool is amazing! The staff is wonderful and helpful. It's almost like dealing w/airlines these that have add-on's for profit generation!. Housekeeping knocking at 9 am but it's my fault that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign out. To pay for wi-fi is something that you do not find even in a 2 star hotel. It's always a good reason for me to not choose Hilton hotels. Long wait for shuttle service & high price for parking. For Hilton, wifi should be free and $20 parking fee is too expensive as well. That I had to go home!. didn't have free wifi in the rooms was surprising to me. A little too big for me. Roaches in bathroom. Initial supply of drinking water not rplrnished. Broken stopper in sink remained broken - housekeeping should report. No mini bar. Room was small and narrow. Cost. Food at buffet would not win any prizes. N/A. Large conference centre hotel, so a bit impersonal. Limited restaurant / bar facilities for such a large hotel. Breakfast was samey - boring after a few days. No free Wifi. Unbelievable for a hotel like Hilton... I think it was 13usd a day per device.... Obnoxious staff. Hot water did not work in my room and was never fixed. Staff didn't care. Hotel is too big for staff to give guests personal attention.
