The suite was a great size the bed was really comfortable the facility provided off site room service options and the breakfast spread was really good not just cold food items but eggs and bacon!. This hotel was perfect for our needs. The front desk staff were great in arranging our shuttle to and from airport. They were efficient and friendly. The breakfast was very good.

Shuttle from the airport took a long time, althought the one back in the morning was right on time. The gym was very small with only a stationary bicycle and a treadmill in a closet sized room. The treadmill was out of order. There was almost nowhere to eat when we got in late at night. Off-hand staff - other than kitchen lady. Wouldn't be much fun for more than an overnight stay. A bit too far from the airport. Unfriendly front desk staff - being left at the airport - was told last bus 11.45 pm - Called the hotel around 11.30 and they told me bus would come soon - when I called back at 12.15 was told another bus would come, no apology - I was waiting one hour for the transfer - I would have happily paid for a cab rather than wait an hour, honesty always the best policy, first disappointment after staying many times at this hotel but front desk staff need to be trained to be honest with customers. Didn't like that the treadmill was out of order out whole stay there. The workout room could have more machines to use. I had trouble with the cardkey. No opinion. Waited about an hour at the airport due to confusion about terminal a (driver went to e). Lots of airport noise, but that is a very busy airport. Front end girl more interested in texting than helping. Horrible attitude from front counter. The welcome staff were not really welcoming! The driver ignored us because we had 5 pieces of baggage and I had to load and unload my own bags with a small infant to deal with, the night receptionist was not friendly at all and more interested in her private calls than attending to us and could not even be bothered to answer some simple questions about shopping stores which we later found out were close by the hotel. Didn't appreciate the loud noise from the A/C (could have been more quiet). Didn't like the fact that the free shuttle service was only to/from 1 airport and not both such as the Hobby airport. I was unable to use my discount card when I checked in. The guy at the counter said he could not take them any more. This made me angry as I could not just go to another hotel that would take the discount card because it was too late to cancel. I spent more money than I planned. Also, the paint in the bathroom was peeling and it did not look very clean. Room was non smoker but smeled. Not cleaned properly. 1) Their site says they have a shuttle service; but doesn't mention that it stops at midnight. So I had to pay $14 for a taxi to get there. 2) Their phones apparently weren't working. I spent 30 minutes on the phone making about 9 calls before anyone would answer. I was trying to find out about their shuttle service. 3) Their vending machines don't work. I had to go to their other property next door to get a drink. when I called the operator/ customer services said a 4:00 am shuttle to the airport would not be a problem. I had to take a cab out of pocket expense $45. could of stayed at a better hotel with a shuttle services for less $ if I would of been told that when I booked. also only 1 computer in the business center no time limit. student was doing her homework for over an hour. how can a big hotel only have 1 computer. no transportation to local store or resturant for dinner.
