I really loved the layout and the scenery of the hotel! I only stayed one night but I did book this hotel again for the following weekend! Everything was perfect! Especially if your alone and was meeting someone there :) this will be my first choice when visiting Houston most definitely!. The hotel is conveniently located next to the galleria and is central to everything. I love the European decor and the very comfortable feel. Wonderful snacks available in the lobby 24 hours. Very comfortable room. Easy parking with friendly valet.
all reviews » The staff was the best I have ever experienced in any hotel and I travel quite frequently for business. All of them went out of their way to help us!. A young man named Justin checked us in. He was such a delight. Very polite and friendly. I loved the layout of our room and the view was beautiful!. I liked the layout of the hotel, The bed was comfortable, I also liked the GYM, Easy access from the parking to the room floor. Nice helpful staff, good bar and deli, trendy and cool design, great room amenities including Bliss product toiletries. I really like the staff ,the location , the room was amasing just how I pitcured it, but did not try the food or bar . Loved this quirky hotel. It stunk all over the hotel.. The divider between the shower room and the restroom wasn't that efficient and therefore, the restroom floor got very wet. No ice available,. I did not like the new parking charge, 16 dollars a day. I have stayed here many times in the past few years. The new charge was unexpected but reasonable. That your website didn't tell use we had to pay to park at my hotel after paying 207.28 !!!! $28 is alot when I'm paying for the room & travel expenses . I think u should let people know this when booking. $24.00 parking, and noisy. lack of soundproofing...could. also central reservations staff not knowledgeable...or professional. No house shoes. Parking could be included at the hotel price. you have to pay for parking. you can hear guest above and next to you. stayed on 6th. floor and could hear and feel the music on the 1st. floor on friday and saturday nights. Housekeeping knocking at 0820 am!. the hotel was below my expectation, not a 4 star hotel. I don't like how they charge your credit card a 100 dollar accidental charge and it takes up to 2-3 days to remove from your checking account. No other hotels charge you for anything except for your price of your room only. There is no proper breakfast. Transfer to the airport: a driver charged us additional price, although it was said the rate is flat. no hangers for towels in the bathroom poor lighting arrangement in the room very expensive telephone (used for long distance). Service was horrible, valet impersonal at best, hallways horrible dirty and the bed looked like it was made by a child. No bell hop, not even a cart to hang your cloths and take to your room...and more.
