The owners, Maria and her family, were very friendly, accommodating, responded to our requests immediately, and try very hard to please their guests. Great location across from the beach, restaurants and shopping. The pool surrounding garden is very pretty. At breakfast we enjoyed meeting a couple from France and Richard from Germany. all reviews » My second time staying at this inn. Overall, Sunrise Inn is a reasonably priced inn, not really on the beach but close enough by car. Enough stores, restaurants close by. Good for families, couples. The studio suites have kitchenettes with enough utensils & stuff to get by. Towels, toiletries provided daily. Staff will work with you to accommodate late check-ins! Free parking on site is great. Excellent hotel! Stayed here for 3 nights but wish we stayed here longer. Very good value for money. The rooms are spacious very clean and I really liked that we had our own kitchen and also had access to the bbq outside. Little bit away from the towncenter, but a short busride will get you there! Would recommend this hotel to anyone!. The staff at front desk very pleasant and accomodating, however the maintenance staff were not overly friendly. We didn't check in until 8 am and the managers were kind to let us stay until noon. We got the extra sleep we needed. If we were to come back to Ft Lauderdale we would efinelty book here. Sunrise inn is not exactly on the beach but the location on North Ocean Dr is very good for getting around. Good ample parking. They were very friendly and great hosts especially Maria. The location was pretty close to the beach and only a short walk to anything you need. The room was good, for a budget traveller it's perfect. Pool was small but good. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable....had microwave and fridge in the room which was very convenient....we had a lovely time and staff was friendly and helpful....breakfast was a delight as we were served by a hostess...overall a wonderful experience. Very affordable. The staff is friendly and did their best to accommodate us. The beds are comfortable, stove & refrigerator is in excellent working condition! This hotel is family owned & operated. The lamps were covered in dirt and when we moved the bed over a little there was an old dirty sponge on the floor. The breakfast is muffins, coffee and tea only. Nothing. I checked in at 9 pm...and a/ c was not on at all...this is florida...took a little more than an hour to cool...and bath towels very dingy..thin...worn out....other than that was good for the price. road works shower only just ok noisy aircon. breakfast. a poor continental breakfast, and the pool was out for service. no basket for the laundry. Breakfast could be better. 1. the continental breakfast was very poor, you have better have more options. like fruits, pancakes, etc. 2. the swimming pool had a lot of chlorine, so my children got red eyes. Nothing. the clean. very poor connection and fall out all time. Breakfast was a joke. Consisted of a muffin and coffee. Can be cleaner, but this is also due to the fact that it needs updates. The cleaning lady is using chlorox so it is desinfected. they should consider resurfacing the area around their pool and the patio areas - it is extremely slippery and a real hazard. It was very dingy and the bed was horrible. Also, there was no shampoo provided. housekeeping not making bed, breakfast,pool not available.

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. In March, guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If expecting to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. Please note that early check-in is available for a fee. A security deposit of USD 50.00 per night up to a maximum of USD 200.00 is due upon arrival.
