EVERYTHING! So many facilities and GREAT value. Its really a resort hotel. Even has two tennis courts...and a gymnasium. Good food. VERY comfy bed and BIG bedroom. I also had a good view over the garden and pool area. Its a Ramada hotel franchise and very well run. I hate to admit but I am a smoker and it is one of the few hotels these days with some smoking bedrooms. I would definitely stay again.
all reviews » nice large heated pool that kids loved. Also a nice clean hot tub and a very nice tiki bar with pleasant barstaff. clean rooms, soft mattresses and convenient location. Not a super nice neighborhood but the hotel inside is safely locked tight with key access only and all rooms are inside doors, not outside. Roomms and facilities were very good for the value. We did not use pool, but lots of people did and it looked like they had fun. Adults use Tiki bar that was nicely located next to swimming pool. My stay was wonderful I love it I referred a couple of co workers nd friends a special thank you to the front desk Monica she was very pleasant dealing with she is a wonderful person. Only got to spend the night at this hotel. My wife and I passing through, on are way to Key West. Restaurant was excellent as well as the service there, (thank you Erica). The manager Patricia and the server at the breakfast room Myra both stand out to me . They were exceptional. Also the pool ans hot tub always was comfortable temperature. staff, clean, wonderful, relaxing, nice pool nice hot tube, close to stores and markets, in house food was good, i was well surprised , i will stay here again for sure,. The staff was friendly. The Tiki bar was well desighned and was quite enjoyable. The room was very nice and comfortable and the price was great. Thank you,. Price and proximity to major highways on the way to Port of Miami. Restaurant and bar on premises, so didn't have to leave to find meals. We needed a one night stay in Ft. Lauderdale and it was good. I am not an excellent type of rating person unless you go over the top. The location of the Hotel in relation to the businesses I needed to visit in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and in the Boca Area. The cost of the room was very inexpensive and the location of the hotel was close to all of the places I wanted to go. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the hotel had a dining area that served hot meals. For the price, Ramada was extremely comfortable with great staff and a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. Rather quiet, comfortable place a few miles from fort lauderdale city centre. Good price forwhat it offers. The opportunity to upgrade my free continential breakfast to a buffet style for minimum cost difference. + We got upgraded to a suite + very clean + good value for money + breakfast nothing special. The manager who works over night was extremely helpful and polite. Our window faced pool from 4th floor and it was quite noisy till 10pm at night. There were loud noses form next door romm, loud TV and conversations almost all night. I guess hotel has no control over it, but it did not allow for good sleep after long drive. Just not to crazy about the train every night but my goods out do the bad!!. Our bedroom window did not lock and it worried me because it was close to a ledge that was accessible by anyone. Breakfast vouchers were only good for continental breakfast that started at 7. We had to go next door to Dunkin Donuts because we had to be on the road by 6:30 am. A few of the front desk staff were very unhelpful and rude to the point of being condescending. Not just to me but I had the opportunity to observe them with other guests. the weight machine was broken, internet connection is far to slow was near impossible to use computer,. The food in the resterant was less to be desired. the continental breakfast lacked variety, quite disappointing actually compaired to other Ramada's I stayed at. Does need renovation, but was great for the price. Didn't want to spend over $100 per night for just a place to stay overnight. Being there for business, the use of the internet is a must. For years the internet has been terrible with each year they are saying they are working on upgrading. In 6 years, no upgrade in internet and seems the worse ever. The housekeeping staff took the towels from our room but didn't leave any clean ones. They also did not clean the room. The parking at night was hard to find at times. Also, I did not know that the hotel charged a resort fee. The closing time for the pool and hot tub was too early for late-birds like ourselves. Breakfast is not too god, if you don't have a car, don't go there. - Wanted to pay cash but they had already charged our credit card without asking! - nothing healthy at the breakfast, just sweet stuff. the bed was very hard,i was with a back pain for a while. not in nicest location- have to drive a little to nicer a section for food other than Mcdonalds. Breakfast wasn't what i expected but was ok. I've booked it for $70.80 per 2 nights. +11% tax gives me $78.18. +$20 for some out-of-space service charge gives $98.18 in total. Nevertheless I was charged for more than $110. That smells bad when you search for low-cost solution, isn't it?. I don'T like the problem with the flood in the parking area. need A microwave and refrigerator in the rooms. There was only one elevator working in my wing. the continental breakfast could have had a more variety of pastries and toast. i didnt have hot wayer in my shower. N/A. It wasn`t close to very much. the power went out during breakfast the food was cold. Pool and garden area closes at 10 pm. Pool should be closed at night but since this is the only area for outside relaxation,garden area with tables should be accessible 24/7. the free breakfast was awful. not A good selection. Your system for breakfast. Two rooms to eat in. Some continental couldn't eat with buffet people. No Wi-Fi and the computer in the lobby was expensive to use and often broken. Not the ideal spot for business people. they need more choices for meal menu. can't think of anything. reception and rooms should be remodernize and update. There was a "resort fee" added to my bill. Cleaning staff was slow room wasn't cleaned until 4 each day, rooms need some updating. Breakfast starts too late(at 7 am)Wish it would have started at 6 or 6:30.Someone smoked in my room while I was at work .Employees from kitchen came into eating area at breakfast and were very loud.Talking about personal issues.Wasnt a peaceful breakfast environment because of that.It happened more than once. I didn't like that the pool closed at10 o'clock even in the weekend. Bathroom Sink Room 459 needs to be replaced. Water flow was very slow in bathroon sink, but shower was very strong. A refrigerator and microwave in the room would be really cool. No refrigerator in the room. The gym needs more stuff, very lacking. That you have to pay for a microwave plus the rooms does not Come with a refrigerator it's ten dollars a night for the microwave shocking. The onsite restaurant. The breakfast is not good. The buffet.
