  The housekeeping foreign staff girls were very sweet and very willing to help me, when we arrived I got sick and the 2 nice girls were very accommodating and concerned about me every day they would ask if there was anyway they could help me? The hotel was very convenient to everything like food , shopping, drinks and of course the beach. I didn't use my car because I - Hotel was surprising clean. Staffs were. very friendly and helpful. My gf and I stayed in the king suite and it had everything we need including a kitchenette with pots and pan along with the utensils. The beach was a block away and the hotel provided free beach chairs and towels. The pool was a bit small but it was fine. Surrounded by lots of stores and seafood places. Would definitely book here again.

  I loved the location of Coastal Palms. Although the front of the hotel faced a busy street, the rear (where our room was located) was perfect. We had a balcony, a view of the ocean and the beach was literally a couple of feet away from the hotel. I noticed an added feature; a beach house which Coastal rents, which is even closer to the beach. ... what people say » The staff was great in cleaning the rooms every day and keeping the personal items such as towels, etc stocked. I also liked the fact that there were - Room was clean & good sized. Liked having refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker in room. On site parking lot. They let us park and go to the beach before check in and also after check out. Had free beach chairs to use.

Definitely the best value I've seen for an extended weekend in - Loved the set up of the rooms. They were clean and comfortable. The location of the resort was great as well. Very convenient to all ocean city and Delaware have to offer. Unfortunately I was unable to utilize all the resort had to offer because we spent most of our stay at a cheerleading competition at the convention center. Will definitely be back to enjoy the resort and the area again.
