  The hotel was very clean. I loved that my room had a refrigerator and a microwave. I didn't know it did when I booked it, not sure if it was on the site I booked on, so for me, it was a pleasant surprise. The staff was all friendly, the breakfast was pretty good, I think it had a wide enough variety so that anyone could find something they liked..... what people say » . I wasn't fond of the chicken patties, but the sausage and everything else was pretty awesome! I didn't go swimming in the indoor pool, but it looked - Desk Mgr. excellant greeting, excellant service, very friendly and helpful with directions etc. made me feel at home. Housekeeper? {I think she is), her name is Tanya so friendly and helpful also. They made me very glad I decided to stay there. I hope you will tell them how much I apprciated them. Also I really liked the room we had. It was very nice and I loved the color it was painted. Warm and welcoming. Thanks again for great stay.

  I travel to Columbus often and the Hyatt Place is my favorite place to stay because of the spacious and clean rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed.   I absolutely loved my stay. The room was extremely clean. The beds were so comfy, I couldn't even lay back to watch television without falling asleep.   staff exceptionally friendly. even called our room to make sure we were satisfied. room was very clean, bedding nice and fresh. very comfortable bed and pillows - Elizabeth Love at the front desk gave us excellent customer service.   On 3/12/13 I made a reservation for a Microtel in Columbus GA using letsbookhotel.com. When I arrived on 3/28/13 the hotel had no record of my reservation. They were not fully-booked and were gracious in honoring (and even upgrading) my "intended" reservation after I arrived. I appreciated their attention, but I lost confidence in letsbookhote... what people say » l.com as an agent for Microtel (and perhaps other places). - brkfst and tiffany the front desk attendent was wonderful. she did all she could when she found out that she could fulfill her rpomise to a combined room.
