Location-it was really close to all of the shops and there was a bus stop right out front, making transportation elsewhere extremely easy. The staff was extremely helpful. Additional price for fittness facilities ($12 per/person per day);Long-distance rates (over $10 per minute !!!), spring water provided in rooms - almost $6 per 1,89L bottle. housekeeping was bad. it had no rules. very large business orientated hotel. unfriendly and incompetent service at check out (payment of the bill). I wanted to cancel the second and third night of the reservation but was not allowed to do so since it was "non-refundable." The staff would not let me out of the reservation under any circumstances even though the hotel was full and they would have no problem booking the room again. I will not stay at the Sheraton again.size of the room, size of the swimming pool (exaggerated on the website). The room was not clean. I found a dirty glass under the bed. Besides, dirty plates remained for long hours in front of the doors of some rooms. I really hope it was an exception: that´s why I keep on recommending the hotel.Dirty cutlery/plates left by the cleaning staff left in the passage formore than 24 hours.
