Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean with great facilities. Staff were very helpful and the location of the hotel is very central. Overall extremely happy with this hotel. close to everything. staff attentiveness and courtesy. It was modern and brand new big rooms including bathroom. It was centrally located to all the good areas of Boston. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location. The location is perfect and the quality of the room was very high. The location was ideal. It was central to many points of interest.Location. location and room. clean room, nice lobby, attentive staff, lots of pillows!. Closeness to Downtown.The decor. Great location.Paying for internet;. Still under construstion. The hotel I stayed in was undergoing building work. Had I have know this I would have stayed somewhere else!. The check-out process was poor (they got a couple of things wrong and had to refund my credit card a day later). Also, they only had me down for a 1 night stay, even though it clearly stated on booking.com comfirmation that I had booked 2 nights.Hotel was being renovated. Lobby was relocated from time of checkin to check out. food, including the drinks in the room fridge, is so overpriced its almost funny. Being next to Quincy market meant there was lots of external police and music sounds. I stay in about 10 hotels a month and this was by far the most noisiesthotel that I have ever stayed in. I was awakened by 4am every morningfrom the set up of the Farmer's Market outside my room. The front deskstaff just shrugged their shoulders when I expressed by opinion.Bathroom had only a shower, expect a bath in a premium brand like Millenium. Construction work was much more than had been stated. Restaurant, esp. Breakfast was very poor.
