My boyfriend and I were traveling between here and New York so we thought it'd be more convenient booking a room that's attached to the airport on our last night. I really wish we booked our room here before our trip to New York (we spent three days in Boston, three days in New York and came back to Boston for our flight back home). all reviews » Being right in the airport is the sole reason for spending $300 for one (short)night's sleep. I was able to print my boarding pass at the computer station in the lobby. It made a huge difference to be able to turn in the rental car the night before, take the shuttle to the Hilton, and have a clean comfortable room in which to relax before our morning flights. Our window had a great view of brightly lit Boston- which for us was a treat. Room service was very quick and the server was very pleasan. Very comfortable. Very quiet considering there were planes taking off right next to the hotel every few minutes. Didn't hear a single one. The shuttle service is fast to respond and takes you to the subway or terminals. It is close and convenient to the airport. That is the only reason we stayed at this hotel. I chose this hotel because it is conveniently located across Terminal A and has a skywalk to walk to the Airport Terminal A. The room was clean. Hotel check in and out were easy. The driver of the shuttle bus was extremely surly, not to say rude - we had phoned from the ferryport next to the Hyatt and there was a misunderstanding about the pick up point but we were not to know. I dread to think what he would be like with people who don't speak English very well. The price. Went for the Marathon, and all hotels seemed to bump up their prices!. Expensive breakfast. Nothing. It was fine. Clock in room was set wrong causing us to get up to early. Comparing to the part of the U.S. where we live, the prices at the Hilton were horribly expensive, but I understand that Boston is an expensive place. We normally would never spend these sorts of prices on a hotel stay but we were returning in the evening from a foreign trip and needed to spend the night in order to get a plane home the following morning. I didn't like having booked and paid extra for a harbor view we had to strain to see it. having complained when we checked it they gave us a worse room. The water was two dollars fifty and the machine gave no change.
