  We came to shop at the outlet mall and this property is located as close as you can get...right across the driveway. Nice complimentary breakfast. Comfortable rooms. We came on Friday. The check in time was 3pm (earlier then some) and check out was noon. Nice not to have to rush with 2 infants. - Staff was friendly...loved the fresh Oatmeal Ra... what people say » isin cookies at check in. Breakfast was very adequate...better than most hotel breakfast buffets...room was clean and well stocked. Convenient location to Outlet Mall & highway.   The staff is the best! We felt like we had made new friends. Our room, the pool and hot tub were spotless. We stayed in room 101 and were apprehensive that it was going to be noisy...we were by the housekeeping supply room, an exit and by the laundry room and arcade. We didn't hear a thing! The breakfast is really great too! There is everything ... what people say » from healthy to hearty. This was our second time staying there and if we visit the area again we hope they have room for us!!! - We stayed here on our way to Sault St. Marie, half way point for us. It was an extremely comfortable stay, felt like we were in our own bed. On the way home we chose the Hampton Inn for the better price and were disappointed that we didn't choose the Holiday Inn again.

  Our room was very clean, this is my first priority! Your staff at the desk was knowledgeable and friendly. One young dark haired man named Chris(?) answered my questions about your loyalty program. Breakfast was lovely, served in a clean, bright breakfast room overseen by a lovely attendant. We enjoyed Frankenmuth just as much at your hotel at $83... what people say » per night as we would have for twice as much at hotels on the main strip. I worked for Marriott for 10 years and I am picky about where I stay. I took - The staff was excellent and responsive to all my questions. They were friendly and went out of their way to help. (example: I told them the openings in the electrical outlet were too wide and my curling iron plug kept falling out. THE NEXT DAY, a new electrical outlet was installed!! I never expected that)

  Front desk staff was very helpful with directions to places of interest in next town; printed a map for us. Hotel was conveniently located close to outlet mall however the location was quiet and not busy with traffic. Grandchildren enjoyed the indoor pool, grandpa loved the hot breakfast buffet and grandma appreciated the roomy, quiet, comfy room.... what people say » - I booked by mistake thinking it was the country inn, but I found it clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful

  The proximity to shopping and to Frankenmuth was ideal. We were able to easily find the hotel and to access the interstate highway. We were pleasantly surprised that we could not hear other guests in their rooms close by us. Easy check-in and check-out! - Staff friendly and approachable.
