  we had a completly updated room, nice tv, excellent huge bed. free parking, the hotel is not really central if you want to be @ maimi south beach so i would recomend a car if staying in this hotel, then it's about 15 minutes drive - location, price, good bed and linen, airport shuttle service

  Everything here is good enough to stay. Area Is Safe, Near The PUBLIX that u can find some food or drink. And the room was big. This hotel is like the condominium. They have a high technology about security system. Walk just 2blocks to he beachwalk. U just cross the road to get the bus. This place is at the northbeach that very quite and safe. Can take the bus to the airport just 30minutes. - Very low key and quiet for me. The manager was excellent. Small hotel with excellent location. Couple blocks from beach and a Publix and easy cab ride from MIA. More like a small apartment building than a hotel. Room and bedding were modern and very clean. I was on business but caught a couple hours on beach. The value is good especially compared to the glitz of South Beach which I did not want.

  I've gotta admit I wasn't sure what to expect. I travel a lot and stay in many hotel brands. This was really amazing. Very high end looking, large, quiet rooms. I loved it. I recently stayed at an Intercontinental and this was MUCH nicer. I felt like I was in an old school Hollywood movie. ....:) The only complaints I have are what everyone els... what people say » e discussed: NO restaurants in walking distance, and parking/valet. However there is public parking for $6 two blocks south. But you have to be ou - The King Ocean View Suites are spectacular in both comfort and style, with unforgettable sunrises over the ocean. Room service breakfast on the balcony is a must!! Staff at the hotel were all very friendly, in particular the guys on the beach and in the restaurant. Also the parking valets were excellent, with particular mention of German who went out of his way to be helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!

The location is great, we were able to walk a few blocks and enjoy the bay harbour beach with towels and chair from the hotel. Even though my room was lame in terms of location (on first floor facing common courtyard/no pool view) it was very quiet and clean, especially considering it was spring break.   We loved the neighborhood, which is a few blocks of low key housing and inexpensive restaurant options. Miami Beach is mostly crowded with high rise hotels but The New Hotel is situated in a mellower area. The courtyard of the hotel was relaxing to hang out in and the beach was just a block away. The staff are friendly and at night Lou's Beer Garden in the courtyard is a fun spot to have right at your - Big modern room. Clean. Towels were changed every day which is very convenient! Otherwise they will not dry out. During 5 days staying a bed linen was changed 3 times (also good)! Personnel is very friendly. There are only few minutes walking to the beach (2 blocks). Food and choice of the beer and spirirts at the bar are very good.
