After reading all the reviews i was expecting a nightmare. it was far from it! Great staff, beds were comfy & clean, maids changed bedding daily. location across from tacobell & Budget car hire ! 20Min walk to Disneyland. breakfast u had buns,doughnuts, etc& they were all there until 930am at least hot tea & coffee 24/7. Maintenance guy on call & came to adjust shower in his lunchbreak. u even have coin laundry here!! I loved it.
all reviews » a typical budget motel. From the reviews I was expecting the worst. It was just fine for the price. Clean and close to Disneyland. Staff was great. helped get us taxis to the Angels game. Its a straight shot to Disneyland and breakfast was just fine. Love how close it I to Disney and the Resturaunts in the Garden Walk. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel since January. The staff is always friendly and the room is always clean. It Was Clean. Great For The Money. The Front Staff Was Great. All We Did Was Sleep There. We Didn't Spend Any Time There. The Pool Looked Nice & Clean. Beds Were Comfortable. good price for area. Was moved on our second day due to maintenance and was put in the spa suite. Alot of amenities close by including a target within a 10 min walk radius. We went to Disneyland Friday Saturday and Sunday and stayed here. It was great. I have no complaints. Room was nice. Very clean. Very quiet. Free breakfast. Friendly welcome from the staff. Good clean room with fridge and microwave, Great location for Disneyland only about a 10-15 min walk. The price and adjoining rooms. Many hotels no longer have them and it is so necessary when traveling with the family. Close to Disneyland, and bus stop is there. Pool was nice. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. Large room, fridge,microwave,plenty of mirrors,water and soda machine very reasonable. The staff are really friendly and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. beds were comfortable. bathrooms were small but nice and new. It was spacious n had everything we needed for our fam of 6. Yes the walls are a little thin & it could do with a little touch up paint but iv stayed in Hilton & it be the same. Not really a dislike but the shower nozzle is a little low it's fine if your like 5'4" lol. The parking is a bit stacked if you get back to late from the theme parks but the night attendant let us park behind the cars up by are room the first night was good but the next night we got a call @ 3:30am to please move the car so someone could get out (not all bad though because then we had a place to park). Not Enough Parking. There wasn't much parking space but the hotel employer made room for us. The electrical seriously needs to be checked. Most of our phones did not properly or fully charge overnight. Hot tub was down for repairs. Got to use it once, was nice though. too much noise from other rooms and early start staff work and running kids, garden work with blowers and gas operated equipment to trim trees. That the parking was small n we had to park at a restaurants parking lot with a permit. Not as close to Disneyland as described in the Travelzoo description, ie. 800 meters, more like 1.4 miles to front gate. The breakfast room to small. My tv remote did not work. Room only cleaned when you put the notice on the door. The Internet service is not automatic and kept shutting down. They have 4 wireless internet to connect which is very good but none of them are working however, I were connected to unsecured network from another hotel but no user name and password. Room was not clean, black mold in bathroom, there was a used bar of soap on the sink and a sink full of dirty soapy water when we checked in. Our room was for 4 people and there were only towels for 2 and when we asked for more we were only brought bath towels for two more. I opened a towel and saw a spot I didn't like. The shower head needed repair and cleaning. The noise from doors from other rooms were very disturbing, we did not sleep. Wifi was down most of the time. Beds were really hard. the ac. smell in room,noise. Beds were very uncomfortable, sheets felt rough, dirty carpet. We were not given the rooms we asked for. We booked rooms with bunk beds instead we got another double bed. The rooms are very old fashioned. The room had roaches, the fridge seal was missing allowing roaches to have access into to the fridge, the tub had a big rusty hole. I was afraid the children would stick their fingers into it. The bathroom and room was small, no exhaust fan when in the shower had to open window. Faucet in shower was not straight. Door needed painting. 1. The only thing 'hot' about breakfast was the toast. 2. The jacuzzi was broke the whole time we were there, and nobody was working on it. 3. It's old, the shower barely worked. 4. I was glad I brought my own blankets for the family to sleep on. I thought it was dirty and it really needs some remodeling and up to date. The room was not very clean. Window sill in bathroom had garbage (used razor, etc.), light switch had a big dirt smudge on it, dust on the entertainment hutch and desk. Beds were as hard as the floor. Towels were like sandpaper. Room was in very poor repair, beds and pillows were uncomfortable, but most disappointing was that the hotel says .5 mi from Disneyland which was not the walking distance. While we thought letsbookhotel.com was the best search engine, I am not sure we will use it againg based on the misinformation. We paid more than necessary if we were going to have to drive to disneyland. Terrible continental breakfast, needed better pool hours and generally was like much of Anaheim charging too much just because they were in five miles of Disneyland. carpet are dirty, i dont think they vaccum it, i was looking under the bed for my cellphone when my son play with it, i found bunch of lint, legos, and candies, the beddings are itcy too, they dont replace the pillow case, comforter for the next guest, theres still a hair and some stuff on the bed theres nothingbwrong with the old facility, but its only dirty. Poor communication concerning a water shutdown problem. Manager was not honest (in my opinion) concerning the seriousness of the water problem; she kept telling me 15min and it became more than day long wait, so I demanded a refund, and checked into another hotel. My key constantly not opening my room and having to get it changed, also cockroach in our room. And my wife going to the bathroom to find that the toilet had not been flushed and clean. room should have been cleaner.Not enough parking for guest. More variety in their breakfast. No enough parking. People double parked blocking other guests. Messy painting in bathroom, not completed. Rough, gray towels, not soft at all. Bed was so uncomfortable we did not sleep well. Parking was poor. Guess had their doors open at11:30 at night yelling. They were also hanging over balaconies. In front of the stairways there were always puddles of water. Accident just waiting to happen. Very flat pillows. Refrigerator door did not close so freezer was dripping. Bath towels paper thin. Air conditioner spelled like urine. No access for handicaps on the floor. Bed spread had big stain that looked like urine. I was not satisfied with this moyel. Were do I start door didn't lock beds were broken I booked a room with 2 queens size beds got 2 double beds instead refrigerate didn't work every day had too get a new key no parking I had three rooms and only 1 car. All three rooms were the same it was bad oh did I mention the tolite seat was broken. Bloody sheets and management showed little concern Dirty carpet -turned by socks black Tape holding together the air conditioner Tape holding shower head in place. !)The room was very dirty! 2)The refrigerator was not working. 3) The bath tub and the sink was liking and making a very bad sound 4) *ROACHES** ALL OVER THE ROOM 5)THE CLEANING WAS VERY POOR! 6)I ASK FOR NOT SMOKING ROOM AND THE ROOM WAS A SMOKING ROOM SMELL REALLY BAG ALL THIS PROBLEMS WERE NEVER FIX ! I NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN. I LEFT THE HOTEL EARLY AND WHEN TO ANOTHER ONE!. The room had holes in the walls. The beds had springs poking through. The breakfast was awful and the dining area was dirty. The photos that are shown do not show the hotel in current condition. They state they are 15 minutes from Disneyland. Actual times is more than 30 minutes.
