Excellent customer services. Lovely pool & manacured gardens. Perfect location. Bus transport close. Laundry washing facilities super cheap n easy to use. Lovely polite staff. very very clean rooms. Internet room. Free wifi. I would certainly re visit. Brilliant n very friendly place. Staying here was the last place of our three week journey and found it very relaxing and just around the corner to Disneyland. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great to be nearby resturants and just a short walk for shopping.
all reviews » Excellent location, we walked across the street to Disneyland and Disney California, kids loved to have waffles/eggs/toast/bacon/sausage every morning, loved having a laundry facility on site with private parking and security. Location, friendly staff. Although the hotel was under renovation the facilites were very clean. Our air conditioner was not working and the staff responded immeadiately. Price was reasonable for weekend and summer season. Close proximity to Disney. West Katella Ave is just over the road from Disney and an easy walk to the parks. Kids liked the pool and spa. Great laundry facilities and very friendly and helpful front counter staff. Good breakfast selection. They encourage people to take what they want back to their rooms if desired, and even provide a room tray for it. The place was quiet and clean. The "children's pool" was very small, but since my kids don't really swim and just sort of bob about, it was okay for them. The room felt a little tight. There was lots to eat at breakfast although I would have liked a healthier selection but it was America after all and my son loved it. Nothing to do with the hotel it self. I just thought it was going to be a lot closer to disneyland. Other than that , everything else was fine. The vending machines were out of water. :(. Nothing. Did not like the air conditioner, people smoking outside their rooms on the walkway on second floor. Did not like Coco'"s Resturant. Had toilet break, but was fixed promptly. We arrived late so we had to park a long way from our room, meaning we had to carry all our luggage in the dark. Breakfast is crowded. not A thing. Nothing. Just like anywhere else, sometimes neighbours become too noisy or loud. There were bugs in the rooms, and the room could have been cleaner. WiFi is terrible, especially in the evenings. Nothing. The beds are so small. Only one person can fit on it. Paying for parking Paying for shuttle Did not provide walking map to entrance; we found a shorter route, instead of street route. The internet dropped out for a full day and half, and we could not confirm and print onward travel boarding passes. Luckily the BW Pavillions was a short walk away. Thank you BW Pavillions for the access. The carpet was a little scruffy. Room small and noisy air conditioner. Our first room had a malfunctioning toilet; our next room had a broken shower drain. I did not like to pay to park. I'm paying for a room parking should be free!. Not quite enough parking. However parking security was great. Had to pay for parking. A little noisy hall and old air conditioner. they gave us a room near the hotel laundry room AND THEY HAD MANY OTHER ROOMS. Housekeeper careless. Son's favorite blanket, wrist band missing from room. Housekeeper threw out all of eldest child's make up homework she had gotten from her teachers. Despite multiple phone calls never found blanket. Last time called hotel was annoyed with phone called and never called back as promised. The breakfast is terrible. the WIFI wasn't working. They didn't tell us about the breakfast. Ants!!! They moved us two times over 3 nights due to red ants in our room!!. I didn't like the general location for an industry conference. The breakfast was terrible, too may people, the food was shocking. There were ants in the room and I woke up itchy. The restroom smelled really bad as well. carpet was disgustingly dirty. feet bottoms turned black walking on it. The reason to book this Inn is because it is near to the DisneyLand, I could have a rest in the middle of day. The realize is that it is near to the Disney Land, the extrance of DisneyLand is far away to this Inn, I had to take toll shuttle bus or walk about harlf an hour to and fro disneyland, especially after whole entired day in Disney land. During the book, it was said it's free to park, It did charge us US$10 perday, even the last day, we park 1 hour to load our luggages.
