wonderful hotel , reception staff amazing ,once they got to know that we are in honeymoon trip they arrange fruit and cake in the room and give us bigger room , best location for honeymoon , small private room in spring pool is perfect for couple , food is very nice and testy , the biggest spa I saw in UAE , we will book the same room every year same time. 1.The atmosphere in the hotel was pleasant, especially I would like to say special appreciation and Well Done to Alam and Marissa for their outstanding service in restaurant.Really They are Professionals.I will recommend this hotels to my friends.2.What at an amazing Springs they have, enjoyed a lot. Im really happy... a amazing location , quite , relaxing , excellent food with good price compare with other 5 star hotels ,my wife loved the ladies pool and spa , staff are very friendly specially reception and spa staff , will come back soon if they will give us late check out after 4 PM. Rate, Comfort, Location, Mountain View, Chef included dishes ordered separately within the main meals for free. Saw many negative reviews but did not experience any of those complaints. the atmosphere was excellent. very calm, relaxing. enjoyed the spa and swimming pool facilities very much. very friendly staff and excellent budget hotel with family and friends. Relaxing facilities, especially the spa, it's very tranquil. Excellent indoor pool for ladies, away from the sun and excellent for privacy. The room ambience is also relaxing. I loved that the pool was seprate, as a young girl who wears the hijab (head covering) its very perfect as we don't have to wear the big BURKINI that holds you down! . I really like the hotel. The facilities are great. The staff is helpful and polite, and went out of their way to assist us with an issue. The view is beautiful. Expensive in-room dining, Limited parking spaces (though can easily park along the lane). time for evening dinner should be extended. My husband says their pool is quite hot, they were'nt able to swim. I'm also surprised that the hot spring is no longer free for guests in the hotel that you have to pay to visit or just dip in the pool. My room was not really clean, and I had no towels in my room. I think they may have been understaffed? I also had difficulty with my booking, I made it on letsbookhotel.com, but when I arrived they said they only had two rooms booked when I had booked three rooms, and booking was in my friends name, when I did the booking and paid for it online. 1 the speciality is natural springs, but the hotel charges addtionally for using the springs. Although the amount is not major, it is an irritant. 2. vegetarians may have issues with the food. 3. since we visited during vacation (peak) season, the cost was really very high and hence one feels that there is very little value for money. 4. the hotel staff explained that on other days, these rooms are available for about half the charge to us. then it will be good value for money. Lack of food choice. The management should hire additional receptionist. Most of the time there is only 1 staff answering 2 phones and helping 3 guests at the same time. Not adequate parking. Fridge doesn't cool at all. the distance between the hotel and the city also there is no proper map for the city to lead me. staff need more training. they are not as friendly and useful as others in other 5 star hotels. Staff are a bit slow at almost everything. Internet slow and not available for free in many places. 1.) Seems to be understaffed 2.) Lack of clear&preciseInformation. it taking long time for check in and check out. Screaming children running wet through the hotel meant floors were quite slippery. i don't like the cleanliness and shisha. outdoors pool looks a little bit worn out. Very quiet location....nothing around but the resort and the hot springs. Very limited variety of food for vegetarian people. The breakfast was very poor very noisy room beside the elevator. no shuttle bus to city center. Kids' noise everywhere and every time & loud music that can be heard in rooms!. parking. No much option for food. Restaurant no have different food. It ll be bettr if u hv food at late night eg 3am. Menu was poor. i requested for late checkout but no reply given. The location is too far from the city. -Room Server bit High Prices -Very Remote Location -No Parking space -Need to drive to hot spring. Dirty swimming pool and service so poor in breakfast time. No towels at the pool and check in and out was slow. Early morning at 5:30 - 6:00 the was work started on the external areas. Which caused a lot of disturbance. Even we had complained about to atleast stop in the early hours. But there was no stopping after complaining at the front desk. As if there was nothing happening to stop the work and after complaining again and again, the managers were unaware about any thing and just ignored the complain to stop. Nothing. the wait to check-in, the instant coffee at breakfast. Although the hotel's restaurant bills as all-day service, they did not open for the evening meal until 7pm, which is a bit late for our taste. Food had less variety bit expensive. the long wait to get room. Rooms were not ready and had to wait hours before they finally gave us a our rooms. Very nice and helpful staff, but not enough of them to provide service to everyone there. Will not stay there again.
