At last I found a hotel with someone speaks english in the reception, as this hotel was the sixth one I stay in during this trip. If the traveler was looking for a clean, confortable and low price hotel, then this is the one. Staff are very friendly, helpful and cooperative. Rooms are controlled by the latest technology, some thing you can find only in new 5 stare hotels. Restaurants are close and variety of them around the hotel. Metro station is minutes away, and the good thing is that you .

Moreover its very near to banyas Metro station which is blessing in itself . The room was big enough with a balcony.comfortable big enough bed and clean room. The front office team is really so nice they really know how to welcome the guests but i would like to say thanks Mr: JAYESH he is a really professional guy in hospitality field . The staff was super friendly of the Time Square hotel - they even called to local travel agencies on our behalf, gave us kitchen items to bring to the room and event weighted our luggage. Their patience was immeasurable! Hotel has a very good location in rather cheap area, but close to metro. There are good eating places around - Iranian restaurant and Golden Fork , where good fish is served and kalyan is available. I arrived at 7am and there was no problem that I could already get into my room. The room was very clean, towels were changed everyday. Quite location as the hotel is in an side street. Only 5-7 minutes to the next metro station. The comfort,clean,conviniance, Balance value of what you pay..actually over my expectation,as I was reading review/comments from other customers. The location of the hotel is not the prettiest one but I felt safe. If you can improve/sealed little car noise and hoot..from outside otherwise isn't a big issue at all. - Chargeable wireless - Rooms are very small - Hard to find the hotel first time. Satellite tv has almost zero English channels. Wireless internet avail in room is fast but expensive at 30Dhs/24hrs. Its quite hardly to reach as its located in side street and no reference sign avilable--no car parking. I was unable to find sleepers in room. Wifi should be free with fast connection. Not easy to find the location. The view from the window was a brick wall, but this didn't matter. Nothing to complain about. location is not one hundred percent convienient ,but good enough. Nothing special. The hotel is surrounded by shops that sell car/truck spares and tyres. Breakfast not included The wi di should be' free. Drinking water was not provided in the rooms. very far from the metro station , also the air-condition didn't work and there was no cellular connection inside the room !. No access to free internet services. The internet access fee was very expensive. location is very hard to reach, not all the staff friendly, especially the room service. There is no free wifi regret. they include breakfast on the room rate. Noise bcz of location. The Hotel surrounded by Cars/Trucks spare parts shops. Room size quite small. The location. A bit noisy environment early in the morning. There is no internet in the hotel, except a partnership with a public ISP. The internet card is by a daily rate (no other options) and expires 24 after activation - cost 30 DHS. There was no complimentary breakfast and ample space in the room. Also, the front desk staff frowm too much and don't respond to greetings. That's bad, I must say. There should also be arrangments for sight seeing for tourists like us. It is now the general norm that hotels provide breakfast at least to go with the booking. I did not expect to pay for wifi. That should again be part of the payment for my stay or at least be complements of the hotel. The rooms could be cleaned better, but i guess the housekeepers dont want to move custumers stuff for a deep cleaning so... the room size and THE PARKING, i spent like an hour searching for a parking to my car and i ended up with parking that charged me 5 AED per hour.. NO DEDICATED PARKING FOR THIS HOTEL. Location is in the center of retail speare parts salers. But metro station and shopping mall very close. no problems with this place. Location is in busy street, where you can not park car. I had to park my car in the night at a far of place and pay 50 dhs. That's why I shifted earlier. I totally didn't like the location. It was in between businesses, making it a bit shabby. There was absoluely nothing for us to use. Not even utensils, cutlery and kettle for tea. Missing alot of things. Basic facility Hot water not available, under repair I stayed 2-nights, for me 2-day is longer time, but it was manageable, with family/kids would have been difficult. Not good Location for family to stay No good restaurant near by. No good satellite channels. Some far from metro station no free wifi internet,,,,charged 30 dhm for one day.no sleepers in room and also not all toiletries.
