1) Location is excellent: close to metro, bus, taxi etc. Al-Ghabaiba bus station is just 10 minutes by walk or one station away 2) Also, very close to Kamat hotel, walkable to main shopping areas, dubai museum, Indian temple etc. It has good location for train transportation and it is in pubic area with lots of shops and restorants. It also has good breakfast in the morning. In general I am happy with the hotel facilities, cost and service.

The hotel is right in the middle of commercial areas such as computer village, markets very close to Al fahidi and burjuman metro station, breafast ia mainly indian dishes it was always ready by 7:00 am. Afternoon time the reception staff are helpful. Quit and accurate . As per request they let me stay on 4th floor was great not heard any noisy from club. Location was perfact for shopping and relax . The location of the hotel is near everything that you could need; shopping centers, metro station, airport, bus terminal, food stores, restaurants, etc. It was safe and the staff were good. Hotel front desk can be more friendly and amiable. They were a little cold. However, it was not bad. I wish ther was free wireless Internet in the every place in the hotel. TV channels were very less. We need to add arabic club night in the hotel or add arabic songs in the programme of club night. 1. Rooms are not sound proof 2. Cleanliness need to be improved 3. Carpets of corridor are worn out 4. My door lock needed repair and i have to wait for 40 minutes. price of 1 cup of tea is 6-8 dirhams and breakfast continental is 18 dirhams. tea price should be reduced. and 1 set of tea should be complimentary in the morning before breakfast -can keep tea kettle with tea bags and creamer. no internet in the room. The receptionist is never friendly at all.the bathrooms are very very tiny,we were kept for soo long waiting at the reception,and having arrived late at night. Taking Bath in this hotel not easy. night club sound. I didn't like the loud sound from the 3 clubs in the hotel, room should be cleaned, toiletries should be supplied. Lift should be maintain properly and quit slow to get it. Fridge are old enought to throw. As per budget hotel they should renovated a little bit more. Bathroom facilities were old and moldy. The hotel doesn't offer free internet and its structure is not modern; it's actually like an old place when you see it from inside. The 24 hr WiFi internet card I bought from them was so expensive and it didn't work when I needed it. It took them one day to fix the problem, but only after I went to the reception desk for several times. Some of the staff members were not very attentive and serious about their customer's objections. They hav a about 4 night clubs. Sometimes with all d music booming from these clubs... Its difficult to sleep. Too noisy at night you can not sleep dancing shows starts early at night till morining all the days !. The rooms need updateing. They need more of a comfort element to them. And the carpets ect were worn out. The hotel needs renovating and then it would be much better. Also it has two clubs at the entrence of it and these should be menshioned on the review incase people dont want to stay in that kind of enviroment. The design of the rooms , furnitures and electronics are just antique. Cupboard, a 1980s TV set, & the balcony not accessible as pigeons have taken over. Complementory breakfast is not available into room services whereas paid dinner can be given which is contradict with each other. The air condtioning was not working in thefirst room so I had to move to another room which was not so clean and a bit of noise at night fro the night club. Air conditioning was non functional The decor, furniture & furnitings are atrocious. Sitting arrangement for breakfast was amateur and degrading to sit on wobbly chairs/tables on the dance floor. Facilities were not good. TV was out of order, Lift was v silow, bed bugs, and not easy and more comfort for live, no entertaining area. Some inmates did not adhere to the no smoking policy. Music from Club was loud and could be heard in room. Car parking is bad. The service in the dining hall during breakfast extremely poor and staff rawhands, no training. 1st floor dance club...getting involve with non sense crowd.. The waft of Curry coming up from the vents from the kitchen. The fact I couldn't close the door it had to be locked to assure privacy. Standard of maintainance was very poor.Noisy during weekends from guests ALL night. Breakfast. Wash room. The furniture upholstry, curtains, toilet fittings were very old and not properly maintained. Room Service. While intering the room I went to room. I found shower broken, TV was not working, no tissue box and no towels as required. I couldn't invite my friend in my room. wi fi connection is chargeable.Which should be free. The common area lacks ventilation and air circulation. I have no fridge in my apartment. The service. Room attendant rushed into the room without being sure that nobody is there. everything apart from the staff. Staff was not professional, breakfast was poor, bath was not clean. Had to ask for towels myself. Noisy hotel. poor facility not so clean small toilet water in toilet some times cutting No internet in rooms no varaity in Breakfast. Its way too expensive for what it has to offer. The bathrooms were really cramped and dirty. The lights were too dim in the room. The pillow covers were dirty. The staff wouldnt come for housekeeping when called. Overall, its really not worth staying at this hotel. it was smelly on the 1st floor next to prayer room....The room r just to small...The building is also small...the lifts makes noises...
