Great Value for money, great service. I've been to this hotel on more than 5 occasions and plan to continue spending my weekend breaks there. Al Ghurair Mall & Reef Mall are 3 minute walks away and there are a lot of restaurants to dine from in the Al Rigga area. There is a metro station right outside the hotel and ample access to supermarkets and ATMs. It's quite perfect for a lazy weekend getaway.
all reviews » it is very close ( ~15 m) to the subway station. You can go anywhere in Dubai with a station from here including Dubai Airport terminal 3. This is a no frills hotel and it fulfil our needs in Dubai at a budget. We had a quiet room with 3 beds with little noise from the night club below. The air conditioning works which is great in hot 40 C Dubai in Sept!. the hotel is very good , don't believe the negative feedbacks , it was so cleas , I've stayed in room 508 , the location is more than excellent 5 seconds to metro , 2 mins to 24 hrs supermarket , 5 mins to Aroos restaurant in Morakabat st , if u will pay just for location, it worth , the staff is so friendly , helpful , the bell men so friendly . Budget friendly hotel; we stayed for thirteen nights! Location; the hotel is located very close to the Salah-a-din metro station from where you can access the whole of Dubai from the metro. The AlGharair shopping mall, KFC, Shopwise, Panasonic stores are all a short walking distance. Friendly and courteous front desk officers and porters. I Want to say I surprised. When I went there one of the employee said that I should pay the cost !! I thought that the payment made at time of booking by American express. Really it was very bad action. Staff very friendly and cooperative. Much improvement of cleaning and infernal refurbishment compared to my previous stay there 3 years ago. People say you get what you pay but I believe one gets more than pays for here now. Its got a great location. metro is 2 minutes away- the green line. Its a decent enough hotel, with 24hours room service. The beds are a bit hard but thats alright. Its generally clean and has well trained staff. The location is perfect.It is very convenient in all aspect ( metro stations,shopping mall,grocery stores and easy to find taxi.It is really a value for money.The room that they have given us was good. The room service is fast. The house keeping guys are so respectful and polite. The hotel was so clean. The night clubs - the hotel harbours three night clubs on its lower floors that play loud music till 2-3am. You can however request for upper floor rooms, starting from the fourth floor. Wifi - wifi in the hotel is NOT free. But even after purchasing a 24hour ticket, I had to come down to the lobby to use it. AC - the air-conditioning unit is centrally-controlled. Has a couple of clubs (mujra bars) on lower floors- so try and get a room as high up as possible. Its not necessarily a bad thing. But just not my thing. The receptionist is not friendly at all.I think the hotel management must trained her on how to smile and respect without discriminating other people. The staff are respectful except the 2 Filpino receptionists women were so cold and no behavior of how to talk to people. A big hotel without a patking lot that's a big problem if you rent a car. Which you have to pay money for the government's parking. Also, at night you cant find a park. I had to park very far. If you don't pay for the government's parking or parked wrong you'll find a ticket one your window shield which is 200 ADE. lighting inside the room was fair... - not very much comfortable bed - tube (not LCD) TV... - not suitable for families. Nothing !!, compare with his price. Too much noise during evening....Avoid staying in 2/3/4 levels. AC is a real problem, sometime is very hot and another time is very cold. The management should solve the problem so the customer can have access to control key to manage the temperatures. Bit noisy from the Disco during the night. We had to change room as the bathroom had very bad smell. But the manager was very nice and next day we had another room which was better. No comment. there was no free internet in rooms. AC was so cold and you cant set temprature by your self. Poor door lock. Both the rooms had door lock problems. Like to have water heater & Tea/Coffee facility in the room. Bathroom facilities not clean and leakages evident. good hotel. no comment at all. Nothing to write. Room service was very poor.... HK talking way i dont like. we didn't like siuth indian baar. None. Room's AC. Hard Mattresses. nutting.. all is well. need some minor maintenance. Delays in room cleaning and sometimes not cleaning them at all. Nightclubs in reception area plus two others on 1st floor. No car parking.
