Room was very clean and spacious. Although the restaurant was not yet operational I found the staff very courteous and professional. pleasant surprise, 3 mo old hotel. Staff very courteous. Room nice and fresh, amenities nice. Free wifi internet was fast.It was easy to reach. The staff were fantastic, the hotel was immaculate, the only downside was the fact that there was no restauant. An excellent hotel with fabulous staff and wonderful facilities.
all reviews » specially the staff and the rooms, which were large and comfortable. no problems for late check out. the beds and trhe new furneture and the basment parking, the widest of the living room.Location very good but view not as rqsted. evry thing in the hotel are excellent. location, comfort. The hotel is new and very modern, spacious and clean with all of the amenities of home. Limited shuttle service. Light snacks for breakfast. Work out area is nice and located near the pool and bar. I would stay here again.The size and quality of the room. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was spacious, bright, clean, comfortable and had everything a family of 5 would need. . Spacious fully furnished modern appartment, wanderful location near to Marina walk and JBR walk. Very friendly and helpful staff.It was in a very convenient location, with ease of access. Quiet at night time which is a problem sometimes in Dubai with so much traffic, normally it can be a little noisy. This was not the case at the Radisson SAS Dubai Marina.I liked the apartment and it is finsihing and it had a living style, also in general Dubai Marina is nice place to live,. The door boy was very helpful and kind. The quite. Big Room. rooms with window to sheikh zayed road gets a lot of noise pollution. Lack of a restaurant.the fact that the indoor pool was being refurbished and we could not use it. during winter time you can only sunbathe during teh morning in the outdoors swimming pool. still no valet parking yet.only the have king bed. No restaurant.The pool was closed for repairs and although sister hotels and transport to and from was offered it proved to be too big a logistical exercise for me and 3 kids under 4 to attempt.The gym although having state of the art equipment is too small and was already full to capacity with 6 users. There was only one person at the reception at arrival, she was busy on the phone with another resident and we had to wait for 10 minutes. The only provided explanation was they are understaff because of the holidays season!!! Also, the ladies' club was out of service although it was not mentioned on booking.com website.The wireless internet configuration was restrictive in terms of controls such that we couldn't access our office network remotely. This needs to be addressed. Restaurant not yet open.May be a resturant or two And milk in the rooms. no sun after noon due to buildings. no, but they dont have business center. hard to find. I was not overly impressed with the staff to be honest. They forgot to give me a wakeup call, which was a problem since I had arrived at the hotel after midnight and needed to be awake by 8AM. The other major complaint is the quality of English language, although they have decent skills, the accents are so heavy that communication is sometimes questionable. The Resturant and Room Service require much imporovement,. missing the entertiment parts , TV has a limited channel, no resturatants are available in the hotel. Nothing much , just the distance is a bit too far. Copnstruction nearby. Lack of restraurant facilities. Nois (from the main road just down the building). I asked for extra mattress and it took ages to get it and it was brokenso we could not use it.i wont stay here again. This hotel is still under construction. I was awaken at 7:00am to the sound of a jackhammer pulsating under my floor. There is no restaurant and not even a coffee shop. This is more like a parking lot with beds; a hotel? Not!. No any restaurant, Break fast very expensive, Far a way from city. no music in foyer, no minibar, no resautants anywhere, no avialable taxis, no restaurants near by, no room service, no helpful staff when needed, it was worse than a bed and breakfast ... there was no breakfast. terrible attitude from staff and poor TV operation (honestly took 5 seconds to switch between channels). Wires hanging out of TVs. Very bad place, bet bad.
