Luxurious hotel with beautifully decorated rooms. Lovely view from our mansion - block 9. Balcony with proper seating is such a plus. Gardens are immaculate. Main pool area beautiful and very comforatable beds available. Could do with a proper poolbar though. Very tranquil atmosphere. Breakfast I thought was excellent. all reviews » From the moment we were picked up from the airport the service was AMAZING, this hotel and the staff are the creme de la creme when it comes to the ideal break, I cannot find fault with one single thing, without doubt we have found our perfect retreat and are already planning our next visit and will continue coming back now forever more, simply wow, thank you. Superb service, excellent restaurants at the hotel, very nice design of the hotel and rooms; a wonderful opportunity to relax and to hide from city noises. Bar on the beach - kids club to be full day not with a break and adding more activities there. no food service on the pool. poor beach. distracting accessorize and patterns. the minbar in the room is over priced. very strict late check out policy. Need to have more of a clean sandy beach. Nothing. I am muslim so I told them ( staff ) to remove alcohol bottle from the fridge but they forget. Nothing to say. the service from the concierge.
