My partner and i are a 20 old year old couple and really enjoyed our stay at emirates! We stayed in the emirates deluxe room and it was fantastic! Great service and the hotel is quite central to the main Dubai mall and about 15 mins from jumeirah beach. Enjoyed this hotel!!. The location is GREAT specially if your target is the Duabi Mall... I would like to give special thanks to 'Majida' on the reception for her assistance to complete our booking as she gave us a much better experience with the hotel staff from our previous stays.
all reviews » Very good position near the world Trade Center. Near the metro station Financial center. With a lot of Cafe outside like Starbucks and very close to the dubai mall. Very good shisha bar on the top and swimming pool very comfortable. It was a good clean hotel quite the lift system was very good , the location is very good next to the metro station, in general it is a very good hotel and all the hotel staff were excellent and in very good manners. I had a free upgrade to a one-bedroom suite, so that made my stay even more enjoyable. I was really really thrilled. They also allowed me to check out late at 3pm. Great service, excellent hotel. The hotel is located on Sheikh Zayed Road and is one minute walk from Metro station. The staff is very friendly and they upgraded my room to a apartment suite. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I like every thing in the hotel , the location is excellent and the staff are very freindly . I booked one room but they upgrade for two room and hale and it was suribrise for me. A really good hotel for normal money. It's clean with good location next to Dubai mall. Big rooms with toilet, kitchen!, livingroom and bedroom. Will visit again for SURE!. The location of the hotel is great; given that you are next to the metro station and minutes away from the Dubai mall and right in the heart of the financial centre. its really good hotel with nice facility of clean and sweet room .. with nice stuff and with that no disturbance of novice and other things. Room (like an appartment / suite) but priced as double room - superb; big and comfortable. Breakfast buffet good and lot of variations. Given an upgrade on arrival. Close to shops by taxi staff very helpful. Train station a short distance away if you want to use it. We had a pleasant stay. The Deluxe room is very spacious and very comfortable.Easy access to the metro about 2 minutes walk. The location is excellent, very close to Dubai Mall and metro station, the rooms are nicly furnished and clean. even the reception is crowed, the staff was help full. The chef needs to be changed the food taste was not for that hotel, they could do much much better. none. I do not like the noise from disco. Everything was fine. The 20% surchage on my booking was kind of a surprise as this information was not revealed before. the internet rate is very high .. even in other hotels it is free.. but i dont know why in the good business hotel they get a money from the clients in a cheap shape .. i mean 90dhrams per day .. too bad .. it must be complementary, like other hotels in dubai. WiFi in bedroom bad, in living room good. WiFi connection same time only for one IT tool, not mobile, tablet and laptop all same time. I wasn't sure about the process for booking into the hotel I think it could be explained better for tourists. It takes a long wait for the lift.It would be quicker if the lifts are operated manually. The bathroom water is HOT and the reception staff is very slow during the check in & check out. Poor Breakfast. I checked on behalf of my husband and myself and thought the check in procedure was extremely unprofessional. People just kept pushing in front and were served before me on many occasions; check in system was extremely slow and labour intensive. Disappointing!. Lifts Keycards didn't work most of the time. Reception. need to be extended... The elevator system, it's easy to deal with but careful, don't get out of it in the wrong floor. It took two days to let the concirge find a plastic bag to carry my material to the fair. water pressure at the shawer was not good the lift was very busy it takes alot of time to get to you. No sound isolations between rooms I hear sounds from other rooms. There was no sufficient staff at the reception which had an effect on the waiting time in check in and check out and that has contributed to the staff behavior as they were under high pressure . Eluvator is not easy to use . long wait at reception for booking-in and check-out. Breakfast is poor. They forgot to put towels in my bathroom, I had to call theem after checking in to give me one at least. The air-condition is not possible to manage in the room, so despite the lovely 40 degrees outside, in my room i had freezing 21-22° which i could not change. check out procedures are not fast as guests hope, there is no Harmony and guests all around the desk to clear--out need to look at this matter. 1) The receptionist who greeted us was very impatient - if he couldn't cope with the traffic the hotel shud hire more staff 2) bfast didn't feel like 4 star at all. Felt cheap and lack of variety. 3) it was clear that the hotel needed more manpower. The existing staff at all depts seemed very stretched and tensed. Bathroom a bit smelly. The cleaner shouldn't open room also we not show "need clean" on monitor in front the room. The last time I stayed in Dubai the hotel supplied alcohol for patrons to purchase thru there bar and mini bar. At the Emirates I was disappointed that there was no bar or mini bar available. Yes I am aware of the restrictions on alcohol in Dubai however I was told by staff that alcohol was available at other hotels. Maybe when advertising these properties you could include information about hotel bars and mini bars in countries where alcohol is not otherwise avaiable. i asked for a king bed but they didnt provide and after i called from the room the said that they are going to send someone to join the beds but no one come. The pool and loungers were in the shade the whole time which was a nightmare this time of year. Our room overlooked the busy road and you had to wear ear plugs due to the traffic and the air con noise was a big problem on 12th floor, and neighbouring rooms were ridiculously noisy despite requests to keep noise down at midnight. Call the staff for Internet connection ,there was a problem to get access to the hotel wifi ,a lady on phone tell me somebody will come to assist me ,nobody come. Smell cigaret smoke constantly all over the place. The staff cant handle pressure & rush hour. lack of alchol3 for over seas traveller. receptions too small , restaurants are not good for hotels. Internet is very expensive. The elevators take lots of times when crowded, poor lobby. The price is high. front desk, reception!. Some of reception staff not cooperative Wi fi signal very week was useless. The check in was too late due to room unavailability. The staff while check in was too busy to pay proper attention, was suppose to get a call when room was ready, but unfortunately it seem it wasn't that important for them to call and let the guest know.
